Has good Potential
This game’s cards seem impossibly difficult. They don’t appear to be random. I’ve spent days playing hundreds of times to rarely get by the first month. I can’t get far enough to find out what this game has to offer and have fun. My approach seems logical but the card algorithm has a different plan. Several cards need to be drawn, in exact order, to survive much less to get ahead. If you don’t get wood, then tools, then 3 woods every few days your going to die. Add a difficulty scale or something to make it less frustrating. If you try to buy items you’ll freeze to death. If you scrimp and save you will die too. My results are getting worse the more I play. The very few times you last a month bad cards, not bad play will kill you.
What’s with the gems you earn from achievements? There’s no where to spend them that I can find. Also, this is for an iPhone screen. Small on my ipad.
This will be good. It is not buggy and well put together. The fishing is fun, the dog is cool, and premise is great. I just really don’t care to learn a card algorithm as it is. I’ll check back.Show lessChaingrinder
Fun, but a buggy mess
Aside from being a game of luck, this two dollar game is pretty fun. HOWEVER, what isn’t fun is your materials ranging from changing to 0 or 440 for no apparent reason. Not only this, it is impossible for a legendary hammer to fix the plane. I am not sure why, but I have tried to do so numerous times (10-20) times.Show lessTheGooberGobbler
Fun for price, but a little buggy
Definitely worth trying and playing to pass time, but it's a little buggy. One run, for some reason I felt like I was getting a lot more materials than I should have (not complaining). But it was like +100 or something. Sometimes it took away hearts, but it didn't register until I tried to heal. There were a few more I noticed, but don't recall. Idk. A little more finetuning.. Also, I don't like that you can't check your tools before trying to build tools/furniture or repair cabin/airplane. like the cards come, but no point in doing them. Should just grey them out if we can't do them without said tools/materials.Show lessLux Arcana

Appallingly bad; almost a scam
The random nature of the cards means it is virtually impossible to get started without spending money. Anything you can scrape together is also potentially destroyed by random events, adding more RNG on top of the cards itself.
Do not waste your money on this terrible game. It is a very thinly veiled attempt to take your money, for a very poorly constructed game.Show lessA Wain

First two games I was able to build a workshop. I’ve played about 20 games sense and the option to build a workshop never comes up, I have no chance to play the game if you can’t at least build a workshop. I want to like this game but it’s not just hard to play it’s impossible when the game doesn’t give you a chance at all… unfortunate…Show lessDustybc

While the game is fun, it is very hard to make progress. Unfortunately the cards are very random, (which I do understand is the point of the game) but when you have a ton of materials and food and you can’t make a fire because of the cards you were dealt, it makes the game feel super unfair and not enjoyable.Show lessBattroll

The game idea is very creative and fun.I've never played a card-based survival game before, I've seen reviews that say you have to pay to win, but I don't think that's true. I survived to day 143 without paying anything. The game is a bit difficult, but I think that's part of the fun! When you die, it makes you want to play again and again.Show lessbgjoe04
