It’s a sin to make hajj very difficult!
Do you know how difficult to use this Nusuk app with a lot of problems from uploading data, sending payment, and selecting a package? Saudi government who oversees this app and the entire process and developers, have you tried yourself doing it from different countries, from USA? No option to change language on the App.Can’t login and not receiving OTO

I signed up with my email and visa last year. Now I have a new visa but same email. I’m trying to log in but I need an OTP. On the app it shows I’ll receive and OTP on my email but still didn’t receive anything and not sure what to do. I can’t sign up again using same email and passport information either!Show less
