  • It’s a sin to make hajj very difficult!

    Do you know how difficult to use this Nusuk app with a lot of problems from uploading data, sending payment, and selecting a package? Saudi government who oversees this app and the entire process and developers, have you tried yourself doing it from different countries, from USA? Please don’t be greedy, bring back the previous method using local travel agencies.

  • Can not change language

    No option to change language on the App.
  • Can’t login and not receiving OTO

    Hello!

    I signed up with my email and visa last year. Now I have a new visa but same email. I’m trying to log in but I need an OTP. On the app it shows I’ll receive and OTP on my email but still didn’t receive anything and not sure what to do. I can’t sign up again using same email and passport information either!

  • Rawda visit

    First of all the workers dont help you at all i asked where the the prophet is buried so i can make dua in his direction but they just told me make dua anywhere its the same. And they are also extremely tuff and just try to get you through as fast as possible and get you out. I went through all the for only 10 minutes to pray and make dua.

  • Terrible app

    I’m really sick of this app this is my second visit and it’s has the same issue (we will send you code)I followed all the steps and repeated them several times and still the same thing, nothing changes. We came just for three days and we don’t have time to deal with this app. I want to tell you please find different ways to make it easier for the short time visitors to go to Al Rawdah Al Sharifa

  • Very poorly thought out

    No thought given to young ones (or any others) with no phone. How are they supposed to get through when everything is tied to the app. Extremely disappointing and heartbreaking to think of all those coming from so far to get turned away from paying respects to the beloved prophet (pbuh). 👎🏽

  • Poor communication & and Outdated system

    There is no option to add your kids, on top the saudi staff at mosque are bunch of idiots, they cant speak english..i went with my boy but they didnt allow my mrs with my daughter for Riyaz ul jannah.. child needs s separate phone for a separate appointment..
    dont know whst is criteria for them to hire staff, but english is sn international language they should be able to communicate in that as they know people coming here from all across the world..

  • FAMILIES AND CHILDREN CANNOT COME. disabled and elderly also excluded

    what about children? to enter as a family you are supposed to book one person and you have to have one device for each person. now what about children booking? it’s completely crazy, you can tell that not a lot of thought was put into it. because for children included— how is each child meant to have their OWN PHONE and own device and book one for each person? or the elderly? what about people who have no phones? insane idea. and disabled people? you want to not include children, disabled people and the elderly. who even is the target audience? we are all muslims intending to come here for reasons, and you want to make it complicated for why? some people travelled so long to come here for hours and only for these sometimes rude workers to disrespect them. in a muslim country. fix up your system, treat your visitors with respect and include children and disabled people INCLUDE EVERY MUSLIM! we are all equal!

    if you want to have this app (that is awful by the way, please improve it by also looking at other critical reviews as well as mine) THEN AT LEAST make it one booking per family. not one device at a time to book for each person. how ridiculous. how is everyone meant to have a phone? how are children and elderly and disabled people each meant to have a smartphone each? not everybody does. have some compassion and awareness. inshallah this advice will be taken seriously

    If you cancel a permit, you will not be able to book for another 365 days. This app had cancelled our permits, we had booked it earlier and they cancelled it. The app changed the time and date once we had reached saudi .
