  • Bad experience

    The staff in Madina Mosque are useless and clueless I had my 4 years son with me they did not let me in with him and they made me miss the appointment.
    It took me 5 days to made an appointment. Throughout the app thought is useless. Whoever come up with this idea wasn’t even Muslim how the hell u cannot book the zayarat within 365 days.

  • There should be a scanning system

    Not everyone has the opportunity to perform Hajj or Umrah, ill come to this point.

    Last year when i got a time slot for the Rawdah, my slot was of 3:15 am, the lines were so long that it took 1 hour for us to get situated, but when i reached to the check post, the time was 3:17 am, and my booking disappeared on this app, just because the initial booking time was passed.

    I still got in Alhumdulilah because i took a screenshot. The people there do not understand any other language so it was still a struggle.

    If this App had a scanning feature where the people who check the app to let you enter, scan a barcode or RFID, this would confirm if the person attended the Rawdah or not, because once the time passes you cant sign up for it since it’s only allowed once a year or something.

    Its not the person’s fault if they arrive 1-2 hours before their time and still can’t get in. Make this scanning feature available so people who can’t afford to perform Umrah or Hajj and still manage to come dont get their once in a lifetime opportunity wasted. Because I almost lost mine due to this half baked app.

  • They said women entrance is only after isha and told us too wait 1 year

    We 2 sisters booked for 1 30pm in advance and when we arrived 30 minutes prior to the scheduled as prescribed, they told us women's turn is only after isha (8 30pm to 12am) and told us that we booked the men's slot. While on the app it didn't show any specific timings for men and women. Now we are told to wait 1 year and re try.

    May Allah guide them. This is unjust

  • No Umrah dates are available + No Support

    No Umrah permit dates are showing on the Nusuk app to book Umrah.
    Now it’s only showing dates till 21st of July, nothing showing after that.
    Please fix it also in the Nusuk app I couldn’t find a single option to contact someone from Nusuk for support.
  • Unprofessional

    This is what happens when you contract off app development to third class Indian consulting companies like tcs. I can’t even register without it crashing over and over again

  • Potential financial scam?

    This app and its desktop platform has an e-wallett feature. The money is added as there is no other way to book Hajj.
    However they do not refund any excess monies back. They hold on to the money for months and months without any reason. I suspect they are investing the money and keeping any interest and profit. Needs banning.

  • App not useful most of the time expect rawdah booking.

    The Hajj experience fell short of expectations due to several shortcomings. Notably, the lack of adequate drinking water facilities along the route was a significant concern. Additionally, the absence of shaded areas on the road exposed pilgrims to the harsh sun, increasing the risk of heatstroke. To mitigate this, authorities could have sprayed water on the roads and grounds to keep them cooler. Furthermore, unnecessary diversions that prolonged the walking distance in the scorching heat added to the challenges faced. The primary objective of Hajj facilitators should be to ensure a smooth and accessible experience for pilgrims of all ages, enabling them to complete the rituals with ease. The Hajj is a symbol of unity among Muslims, and it is essential to uphold this spirit by promoting inclusivity and eliminating discrimination based on race, color, or Fiqh.

  • Issue with Registering

    I am trying to register with this App after upgrade and when I reach to Verify Phone step I don’t list of country codes to select the correct one to add mobile number. Can someone look into this please?

    Revive few One time passwords but this app never accept its own issued codes.
