Best regards,This app won’t allow some phones to log in, despite it claiming to be compatible with it. I even bought a brand new phone with no success! I have called you in Saudi & written to you & am still waiting for you to respond and fix the issue!

I already contacted via phone few days ago and explained everything, and used my time and money on an international call.
I was told a report would be made & someone would call me but no one did.
I also emailed and was asked to give more information and a screen shot. I did that too.

Best regards,#1- you are able to book a umrah visa without this app. If I didn’t speak to others I would not have know this was needed. As it wasn’t needed the last time I did umrah in 2020
#2- when you go to Mecca the only place that checks if you have visa/permit is on the road to Mecca. If you’re a man all you have to do is be dressed in ihram and you can get into the main floor with no questions anytime during your visit. You don’t have to do it during your “time” on the permit. Women can come and go as they please with no checks of an umrah permit.
#3- when booking for rawda I was only able to book the day before we arrived to madina because the app only releases 1 week at a time for the following week after the jumah (Friday) prayer.
You would think with a time slot reserved you’d be able to spend more than 30 seconds visiting the rasoul but that’s all you get as men, we are cattled through and yelled at by the guards on a power trip. And women do not even get to see visit the rasoul, you only get to the rawda. Our women deserve better than this.
Overall the idea is good but execution and everything is below poor. More work is needed to improve this app and make it more useable and understandable.

Best regards,Very much disappointed by the glitch in the system not solving any issue user may have the only advice we get in English “keep trying” which never work. System has this issue since last two years no improvement. Live streaming showed Haram is half full but Error message showing full capacity, even Nusuk offer dates and time but once you dialect the error message showed it is full capacity the question the. Why time offer by system when there in full capacity.
I m very disappointed by this glitch in the apps
