  • Rawdah booking

    I have downloaded the app few weeks before my arrival and have been trying to book but had no luck. The page just keeps coming up blank. I have tried every 30 mins also and after midnight but to no avail. I am now in Madinah desperately trying to book but keeps coming up with the same blank page no options for times or dates. I have one more day here very saddened by this experience.

  • Low quality App

    Im constantly getting “Internal Server Error” as well as a message to update to latest version of the App. I do have the latest version. I even deleted the App and reinstalled it and still same error messages.
    If this is meant to be useful for visitors then it’s not. I guess we are getting credit from Allah SWT for being the testers for your App.

    All I have to say is I went from the USA to perform my Umrah and I was not able to get my permit. My spouse was able to Alhamdulillah, but every time I tried getting my permit it gave me invalid message or error. Disappointed in this app especially because I was looking forward.

  • Horrible experience with this app

    Trying to register with this app when in Saudi Arabia is impossible. Constantly receiving pop ups stating that the registration is not compatible. Attempted to delete and try again, still not able to complete. Worried if we will be able to complete rawda now that our time in madinah is coming to the end. Been Umrah twice before the “app” came into play and never had such difficulty in entering our prophet PBUH resting place.

  • Bad customer service

    We can only book 1once a year if you have a problem and if you miss the time slot you won’t be able to book again after 1 year( no matter even if you spent all your saving to go visit Madina )

    I was doing umrah and it was very packed , Madina it’s 2h by train 5h by car therefore I couldn’t go on time to Madina as I planned beforehand . I tried explaining my situation once I got to Medina but they ( the ones wearing a Brown Vest with white khamis ) wouldn’t even let me explain my situation even if you came from a very far country to see the Rahwda they won’t care at all . I can’t believe that one of the staff screamed at me to the point I cried… he was like “Do you not understand English?! ! …
    I said NO !NO !NO ! “ even my parent don’t cream at me .My partner as man to man tried talking to him but he was like “I’m the boss” , well you are clearly Not because there is A higher Manager (who was very professional) than him which was very nice and who let me explain my issue after verifications and proofs of travel and more he let me in alhamdulilah it wasn’t easy but he acted rightly and calmly . If I was a newly converted Muslim and experienced this problem I would be very disappointed with how badly other Muslims treat other Muslims .Women staff are not any better ! . This app needs to at least have some cancellation beforehand to rebook if you can’t make it on time for example. Like a redemption book even for a fee if it’s necessary

    I am trying to make an account last 3 days the send me the code first time for I entered but said it’s not valid did same thing 3 times same error i removed the app and reinstalled but when i entered my email address and ask for OTP they said information is incorrect it’s kind a waste of time to do this way took help with my friends but same thing

  • Can’t salect a date to visit the raudh

    Can’t salect a date to visit the raudh and i checked with connection to internet but the internet is not a problem and i see it in umrah that i can salect a date.and i try it many times but still Can’t salect a date to visit the raudh.

  • The worst!

    I’m very discouraged by how difficult just to register to open an account! Reading so many horrible experiences from others really make me very sad that the hajj service had gone down to this very poor level. Please bring back the old system using hajj travel agency for Muslims in the USA and any other countries! Don’t continue making people who want to perform hajj difficult! It’s a sin!
