    Terrible Experience with the app, there is no way to know your application accepted after entering the info and after entering all info points bqck to error “update your application number”

  • Bad and poor management

    The KSA Government just making things tuff for people, they don’t understand English they don’t get you any kind of solution. May Allah grant them hadayah if you illiterate you can’t do anything.

  • Absolutely disgusting app

    This is by far the worst app that I have ever used. You are randomly rejected every single time so if you are travelling for a short period of time then forget about rawda permit. More so, if you are travelling with your family, you will have a nightmare for sure. How did they come up with such nonsense system? The service people are also useless. Nobody speaks nor understands English.

    I booked my appointment it said 3:30 to 4:00. I never thought it is in the morning I thought it is afternoon, when i checked at noon says appointment already expired, I didn’t get the chance, for the maker of this app please use AM and PM time it will not confuse people

  • What’s point of a app when it’s useless

    People spend 100s to travel and pay there respects to the prophet and many it will be once on a life time experience.
    So when you create a app it supposed to make the process more easier , which this app doesn’t . It literally impossible to book a appointment been trying for week now on the hour but no joy . Really disappointing.
    No effort has been made to resolve issue as it’s been like this for a number of years

  • Rawda Visit

    I went from USA to Makkah to perform my Umrah and to visit the Prophet Mosque in Medina.I completed my Umrah without any problem; however,I tried to Use the Nusuk to reserve my place to offer 2 Nafil prayer, but it was not responding to my request.I even went to their office to fix the glitch in this App, but they even could not fix the problem. I urgently request to authorities to fix the problem with this App. So, people, who are traveling from far places, can complete their objectives. Jazak Allahu Khairun!

    I already try to switch off night mode or invert iphone color with no hope
