  • Not good at all

    App is incompatible with my iPhone 13, when logging on and trying to book umrah all the timings appear blank. For the rawda booking, nothing shows up! How can you serve Allah’s guests with this grim level of service?! My brother had worse experience with the app during hajj. This whole app should be completely abolished as it is clearly unfit for purpose.

  • Loophole

    Just came back from umrah, just like everyone I struggled. I find a way around it, go on the nusuk website, your permits will be shown on there and it’s easier to book on website rather than the new app. Hope it helps. :)

  • App needs work otherwise just another big problem

    The new app is terrible. The app doesn’t show timings to choose from and when you book your slot (mind you, it’s just dots that you are working with and choosing between morning and evening without knowing your slot) the app says that it’s issued your permit but you can’t see your permit anywhere at all.
    If you try to book again, it rejects your request and says that you should check for your previous booked permit.
    Bravo 👌 Another great problem to add to all the other problems that have been created by the pilgrimage booking system.

    التطبيق سيء.. يعطيني اختيارات اوقات ممكن الحجر فيها بس الاوقات ممسوحة.
    اخترت عشوائيا و تم اصدار التصريح، ولمن ابحث عن التصريح يكتب انه لا يوجد
    ولا يمكن اصدار تصريح جديد لأن يكتب انه موجود عندي اصلاً

  • Rawda booking impossible for women it seems

    We’ve travelled a long distance from abroad and we were really looking forward to this. The booking process for Rawda is incredibly difficult with slots coming very rarely if at all, especially when compared to my male members of the family due to the limited capacity available for women.

    I found out that new Rawda booking slots tend to release on the hour but this still isn’t sufficient. The app suffers from some extremely disappointing and glaring technical issues:
    when selecting a Rawda booking slot and clicking through to confirm, it automatically changes into an Umrah booking. This happened multiple times on every apparent slot release over the course of the whole day. And even when I was fortunate enough to actually confirm a Rawda slot, the time on confirmation automatically changes to a completely different one (off by 12 hours, possibly a mistake in the 12hr vs 24hr clock display on the booking screen within the app)

    Understandably, the stewards at Masjid Nabawi have to be strict with crowd control during the busy Ramadhan period, but it’s disheartening to realise that we had zero chances of getting through from the get-go due to technical difficulties from this app. It’s worrying that so much hinges on a single app running reliably, there are unfortunately no other ways of entering Rawda without the app unless you happen to have travelled with a group it seems.

  • I can’t register for rawda

    It doesn’t let me register for the rawda why is that?? I need to register and make an appt PLEASE UPDATE THE APP

  • Unable to login

    I created an account in old nusuk app and was able to access my account easily but with this version I am unable to login! Despite many many attempts . I’m using iPhone se, apple software version 15.8. Then I tried to login with a different phone and it turned out that the login page is not scrolling down enough to show the login button further down . This needs sorting out by the developers.

  • The new version is faulty!

    I’ve booked Rawdah Permit on the app, it’s been booked successfully, but the permit isn’t appearing on the app. So far, I’ve contacted the the Ministry or Hajj and Umrah, in person, via phone, email and social media and no one is willing to help. Don’t know how they’re managing this app but I’ve gone pillar and post but no help. The app simply doesn’t work.
