If you subscribed by mistake, please reach out to us, and we'll gladly help you get a refund. The App Store manages all subscriptions, and you should see a screen with our three plan options before subscribing. Please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you!

Stripe

Downloaded the app, but when I get to Stipe to set up bank info, it gets stuck and won’t move to the screen that lets me log into my bank. Tried BOA and Chase, and the screen won’t come up.

I was charged for no reason

I downloaded the app just to check it out and started a free trial, I then deleted it maybe 2 days later, and never really used it at all. I link my card to my icloud to purchase something and they charged me an entire month payment when i dont even have the app installed. I am so mad I cant even request a refund for this.

Been trying to get my money back for a week this is insane I spent 800$ of my own money to put it through my business to see if it would work and they’re not contacting me back or allowing me to initiate a refund on my END TERRIBLE SERVICE I WANT MY MONEY NOW

Payout ?

The app works best when customer is using Apple Pay from the phone it's a 60% chance when using their card, however there is nothing in the app that informs you about a payout. The customer service takes one hour or more to respond. There's no phone number which lets me know this is a small company but they need to have information about payouts. For a first time user of the app it's just alarming not seeing anything of the sort or even allow me to double check my banking info. Update that and credit card pay and I would update the stars 👌🏽.

This app is simply amazing! I run a small business, and using Tofu has made the sales process so much easier and more efficient.
