I love these workouts for a quick but effective workout at home! I love doing them at the gym - but also love the fact they can be done anywhere, especially as someone who travels often 😊 and for the price, it’s SO worth it!tgorski7

I was looking forward to this but I feel like the actual full exercise is maybe 15 minutes because of all the interruptions for water breaks and over explaining the move. It would also be nice if they could let us know what weight size they are using to get an idea of what to use.ahankla
