Needs mobile update
Basically if you want to trade at all on your phone good luck. I can trade on my home WiFi and any other connection is worthless. When reaching out to support they just tell you to trade mostly on desktop or to use the desktop version on your phone which doesn’t adjust to a mobile screen so is also useless. Please fix.

Needs to have a major update the app locks every time you exit which is really annoying plus it is super slow to load and lags a lot
Needs improvements but functions.
Platform is very good online. I enjoy the experience. The app not so much. There is much to be improved. I’m constantly having to close the app and re open it to log in. It’s always having to log back in if you switch screens. I’d like a more interactive SL and TP. The chart is always zoomed out when opening a chart, it’s be nice if it started zoomed in on a chosen timeframe. I look forward to updates.

Worst app for trading
Horrible experience with there app n they are not ready to fix it even if u complain they say you are the only one who facing this problem
Great Trading Platform but App Needs Serious Improvement
App is very slow/laggy. Every time u open up the app u need to log back in, even if u get out of it for 1 sec, you need to sign in.

Love the platform but when Bitcoin is breaking all time highs and the app isn’t working…. VERY SUSPICIOUS

For such a great and honest platform you have a HORRIBLE APP. Please fix this, always freezing, sometimes can’t even login. Also please implement a way for us to delete breached accounts, the clutter is frustrating. Other than that the actual platform and company gets a 5star rating. Support is top notch and prompt. Payouts are timely, only took 6 hours to revive my payment via tether
