This Fit Mother Community was founded by Dr. Anthony Balduzzi through his deeply personal journey. Growing up, Anthony watched his own dad get unhealthy and die at 42 years old. All the pain and healing Anthony experienced after his Dad’s death ignited his passion to help other Moms and Dads get and stay healthy for their families.
