February 29 update wiped all progress

I was enjoying the game, but my progress was wiped by the last update. It’s simply not good enough to want to start over.

These mistakes are easy enough to avoid with proper testing. For a game with such a relatively high ask ($), I definitely expected better.

Nothing like the preview

Why did you put out a misleading preview for this game. It’s ver sad to mislead people. Are you worried that it won’t be downloaded? It’s a fair game, but same old levels just repeating. Sad face

This game is all the same the mines never change. Yes, the amount of level it has to be changed but nothing else.

Problem with new release

Game keeps saying “Internet connection required” across all PC devices. Can’t get back into the game. Even after re loading and restarting devices.

Wont work

I downloaded it and all it does is sit on the loading screen with my Game Center name on the top DOESNT do anything else

Game won’t update/load

I was enjoying it, now for 24 hrs, won’t let me play until I update, but yet it won’t update. Says update, open and continues to loop between these 2 things. Bummer…

Time does not advance properly

I will set my timer on my phone for 30 minutes when my miner will be done with a block, but when i come back there is still 10 minutes left. Sometimes the time doesn’t advance at all. I left for an hour with a level 9 miner doing a level 7 block (which takes under a minute) when i came back he was still working on it! Very frustrating! Especially in the events!

Cash cow

The game doesn’t look like the adverts and asks to use your data to sell to advertisers. It’s literally there to collect data and you can’t say no to it. Game can be completed in a day.

Bugs n glitches

I actually love this game so much but I have encountered a lot of bugs within event game plays which reset my progress and I unfortunately lost time and money. Support in game are somewhat helpful but could be better communicators. I’d love an option to pay to turn off ads without an actual subscription and the store is quite expensive. Otherwise the game is addictive, the colours and graphics are great. I’d love the mansion and clans to open soon. Overall a great game but with some fixing it would be amazing
