I’m clicking the icon. It’s opening the game. It’s getting passed the loading screen. Then I gets stuck on the snowy background. I can kinda see what the play button screen, but it’s faded.Travie10

Not enough time on hard puzzles
Game is fun and challenging, but you have the same amount of time for an easy puzzle as you do a difficult one. Not really fair, considering you can only get several additional time extensions before you either have to start over or PAY for additional time. This is very frustrating when you have almost completed the puzzle and are faced with starting over. I may end up just deleting this game because of this.Show lessTrolleyfolley

Challenging and frustrating
Mostly it is challenging. It gives you an easy one first, then a VERY difficult one second in the same round. To use the extra space you have to watch an ad. You can’t undo a move. You have to watch an ad to restart without redoing the easy one or go “home” then do the easy one and try the hard one again. The biggest downside is sometimes the bars don’t fall right and they barely uncover the hole so you get “stuck”. And after a certain level, they won’t let you watch an ad to get the extra space or remove a screw… you have to share the app or pay for more tickets! Not sure how much longer I will keep playing. Like I said earlier, it is very challenging. Satisfying when you actually complete a level. But all the other frustration to solve a level is a pain. The daily challenge is easier but no more months other than current. If more, not sure how to go back to previous months. And no rewards for solving. Watch an ad to play the other days. this game has WAY too many ads and all the levels past 2 are literally impossible. also did i SAY too many ads? and then i tried to delete it and it wasn't an option. when you click "delete" "delete app" doesn't come up, the only option is to just delete it from the home screen, now it's just taking up space in my storage.
