It can be useful
But, it does seem to be limited mostly by the on the fly programming restraints and while some make sense (do not discuss self sentience, qualities of sentience or proprietary information etc.) while others don’t (refusing to even try to answer basic election questions like “in the last 100 years how long on average did it take to nationally certify the presidential election?” and admitting it could easily answer but election questions should be addressed to local officials… or it will get an answer to something you’ve asked it completely wrong and when you pointed out knowledge that it’s first answer was wrong and that your answer is better so if you’re not careful with this thing, you can get some cookie stuff. But it’s utility is undeniable when you just really don’t wanna troll the whole Web yourself to find that obscure answer to your unique question that doesn’t seem to exist when you search on Google. Or discuss a topic that no one around you has ever thought about (like how we’re all mostly empty space). I look forward to seeing it improve into real understanding.

Great- quick answers to complex questions. No ads unless you click on one.
Not so great- be sure to check the sources and only use only the best ones. If it gives you false info and you know what the right answer is, you can try correcting it - for better or worse.

copoitoit is good but you have to pick your words carefully or they won’t do nothing. 17+ is wrong 11+ is much more suitable. try the same thing again if it doesn’t work nothing is stoping you. BE NICE DO NOT SAY DO THIS DO THAT SAY please and thank you. Over all It’s Really Good

Fixed the app icon so it supports iOS 18 dark mode again 🙂
App is useful. Conversation mode is a bit cumbersome. Doesn’t need to ask me how I’m going every time, I don’t think it’s an actual person. I stick to text entry.
If you remember generative AI hallucinates and therefore don’t take anything as gospel then it’s a time saver.

Complete knockoff of the most stupid AI assistant ( my mum was tired of it bc it kept listening to every conversation and even calling her ex boyfriends) Siri!!!!!!!!! Come on!!! You can do better. Flakey but could be good
I have the app on the phone and the software on my laptop. The phone is more stable but the laptop is hit and miss. Sometime it works fine and other times the voice enabled feature doesn’t work. The mic appears to be picking up sound and requests but there is no voice. It appears to work when it wants to and despite trawling through the settings it makes no difference. If you. Old rely on it I think it would be a good feature but unfortunately it is flakey.

Although I’m having an issue with the sound on this iPhone (I’m assuming that’s a problem with Apple) I’ve been using Copilot on my windows machine. It is helped me with everything from programming syntax errors. It has explained how submitting works to me which I struggled understand for years. Copilot explained it in about 15 minutes. Copilot helped me set up my VPN on the router. Copilot helped me understand what Frontier ISP is doing with global carrier NAT by not giving their customers real public IP addresses. Copilot even help me remove a stubborn corrupted file on my hard drive that I could not delete even after trying commands in power shell and everything under the sun from searching forms on the Internet Copilot walked me through and got it removed. It takes a lot to get me excited but I am very excited to have this companion on my side. I think even with some of the darker aspects of AI science is going to evolve exponentially as scientists and doctors learn new things from AI. We are moving into the age of Star Trek.
