Great App!

This is a fantastic app for easy and seamless access to all GFWR workouts. It works like a charm and has every thing you need for your fitness journey in one place.

GFWR app is a game changer in my fitness journey

I have been a member of GFWR for nearly two years and have been happy using the website on my smart TV to access my workouts. Since Rick launched the App to his members, this has made working out anywhere easy, as you have full access to your workouts where you can download to your device or cast to a TV via Apple air play! If anyone is thinking of embarking on a low impact fitness journey, Rick has the know how with a wonderful supportive community and now this superb app/tool to help you succeed!

I love the app, exercises, challenges, notifications and all the information that is shared by Rick. The support that is provided is amazing. This has improved my health.

Simply the Best

Get Fit With Rick is my favorite workout app ever. It includes walking workouts, fitness programs, nutrition plans with recipes, live talks, and a supportive community. The goal is to provide joint-friendly and fun, yet sweaty, training along with sensible nutrition education. There is a huge amount of existing content and new content is added regularly. The app itself is user-friendly, full of helpful features, and remarkably stable. I highly recommend it!

The most motivational fitness app out there

Iโ€™ve been doing Ricks with workouts online pretty much every day for over 3 years now. Iโ€™ve never found such a motivating, educating & fun fitness platform thatโ€™s gets results!! I get bored very quickly & I NEVER get bored of Rickโ€™s workouts as the choice of workouts is so huge. Rick himself is so motivating & non judging. My husband now joins me regularly & used the gentle walking workouts as part of his rehab following a back op. The app is amazing giving us easier access to the workouts, tracking & nutritional advice to make a few elements. I love it! Massive thanks Rick & super team!!

A healthy way to reach your fitness goals

Rick has put together a wide range of workouts, mostly walking to promote a safe way to fitness. He has set fitness program challenges that last up to 12 weeks and a yearly calendar to work through. They last between 10-30 minutes and are easy to incorporate to your day. The app allows you to pick your favourites, show what you have completed, add comments, choose quickly and works well.

I was accessing Ricks videos on you tube but this app is a much better way to get everything you need in one place. Easy to navigate, ability to save your favourite workouts and create playlists. The scheduling feature is just amazing - you can forward plan your workouts for the week to help built your exercise routine. Thanks Rick!

Way better than a gym membership

This app is a fun, energetic way to work out. I quit the gym and have been doing these workouts since September. The inches just dance off! Love!!!
