    I know the low price is tempting, but this doesn’t work. Just don’t.

    I bought 30 days of service for Mexico and the US. It never worked in Mexico. Two weeks later, when I was back in the US, the sim stopped working.

    The app is terrible. I gave up trying to solve it because I didn’t want to waste time on this during my vacation.

    Do yourself a favour and don’t use them. Pay a little bit more elsewhere.

  • Can’t enter OTP code…

    To set an account the code is being sent to your email, once you enter - it got stack in the same screen and there is no way to submit … iOS so, no go

  • Can’t even register

    Awful interface- when inputting the OTP there’s no option for “done” so you’re just stuck there after inputting the number and can’t press next- the dial pad is blocking it. So dumb wasted my time

    Not what you expect. The experience should be instantaneous or few minutes. But not much infor on app, response slow. Please improve experience for the customers.
  • Yep, just a rip off. Don’t waste your money

    Bought the European unlimited esim. Traveled from one country to the next and the esim got shut off.

    Customer support said I connected to a network that cause the esim to be cancelled. This happened automatically, so I had nothing to do with it. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere when signing up.

    Typical gotcha event so they can take your money without providing the service.

  • What is awful company

    You buy their product for not to work or for them to say that there was some issue and then on top of that no responses for fixes or refunds even though it says a 30 day moneyback guarantee. On the website. There was any company that should be investigated it would definitely be this one. Total scam going on!

  • Bought 2 and only 1 worked

    I bought 2 eSIM for my family trip to Turkey. However, only one worked. I wrote the customer service many times but got no reply. Very disappointed.

    Do not purchase an e sim with air hub it’s a total scam!
  • AVOID THIS ESIM ! Horrible experiences

    If I could give 0 starts I would, My esim stopped working randomly every single day leaving me stranded in a foreign country multiple times through my trip. Customer service is horrible and they don’t care about people ! AVOID THIS ESIM, you will regret your decision after purchasing ! I gave them 2 chances and was let down each time
