This is literally the worst customer service I have ever received. None of my emails regarding my issues and concerns with the e-sim coverage and service were acknowledged or fixed. Instead, I got the same generic reply every single time of some man saying ‘choose Roger’s network and restart your device’, which I had already tried multiple times. In the end, I resolved the issue on my own and messaged the Airhub team to say thank you and inform them it’s working now - even though they were no help. I got a reply from Kumar telling me to review the Airhub app and service and to give him a rating of 4 or 5. I am genuinely in disbelief.Show lessNA2158

Unfortunately this data sim is not what the Google search seemed to show. + Installation guide is clear in the email however: - eSIM activation does not come through within time given - Once rain activated I could not seem to get signal at all - What’s most frustrating, despite multiple attempts to contact company, is the absence of response to your queries in an attempt to resolve before claiming a refund. Awful - Do Not Use
Bought 50GB Europe region. Can’t SMS, got cut off at 16GB, support takes forever to respond, if at all, and offers misdirections and pointless advice. This company is too irresponsible to be in telecommunications, you will not get what is advertised.Aureliano Pisa

This service is a scam. I paid for an e-sim and never received an QR code until reaching out. When I reached out, they gave me a faulty eSIM a day after , which didn’t even work. They refused to give me my money back.Jac0bL

Purchased 3 esims for use in US. Two stopped working after a day. Airhub said they would send a new QR code but never did and dodged repeated emails. Don’t be tempted by their cheap prices, you will be throwing away your money. Not sure how they are allowed to have their app on the Apple StoreRichgar21
