  • It is indeed a scam

    Total waste of 90$, eSIM stopped working after two days. No way to get help to fix it. We were driving around the US lost with no map. I had to give up and go with a different provider. Don’t use this service!!
  • AVOID AT ALL COSTS

    This esim provider is a fraud. It blocked my service without any notification. After numerous emails they said I over used the calls but I could find no evidence and they provided none. Customer service is an excuse machine that just says , sorry NO. Without any evidence and NO ATTEMP TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.
    They take your money and delivered nothing.

  • It’s a Scam!

    I had high hopes for Airhub when I purchased a 30-day plan, but my experience has been nothing short of terrible. My SIM card stopped working after just 10 days, leaving me without service for the remaining 20 days of my plan.

    To make matters worse, their customer support is abysmal. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for help, I received no satisfactory response or resolution. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for a service that fails to deliver and offers no support when things go wrong.

    I would not recommend Airhub to anyone. The worst service and customer support I've ever encountered. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable provider.

  • App not working

    The price was good but app is never working, always frozen and in the app you can’t see how much data you have used or left

    Doesn’t work. No data with all bars showing. 3G by the way. Customer service templates don’t work. Unreachable. Scam alert 😤

    Literally doesn’t work, and no customer service.
  • Substandard and shameful costumer service.

    TLDR; Do purchase this unless your phone is unlocked.
    They have a great and exciting website, which seemingly offers wonderful plans for so many countries. Nowhere in any of the very detailed plan descriptions is there any mention of the most fundamental and important thing: your phone needs to be unlocked. Since this applies to very few people, they simply neglect to mention it. It is only mentioned as one of three little boxes you check at the very last part of the checkout process. Most people would consider these little checkboxes to be boilerplate agreements and not even carefully read them. It is on me that I did not thoroughly check out what was listed in those boxes. But they absolutely refused to issue me a refund even though I had bought the service in good faith and simply made a mistake. The requirement for an locked phone should be everywhere in bold letters. They should be ashamed of themselves, this seems to be an obvious ploy to carry out theft by credit card. I will never buy or recommend Airhub to anyone.

  • Rubbish

    Don’t bother.

    Didn’t work in England. I was giving conflicting information from original email by support team. Then conflicting info from two members of the support team.

    Asked for refund. No refund just driven in circles by Kumar, Loky, Parto and Carlton Ramsey.

    Give me my money back.
  • Poor service

    Couldn’t get my e-sim to work. No help documentation. No support from their chat service. Had to go to T-Mobile instead.

    Also cannot unsubscribe from their emails now!
