  • A joke

    Almost seems like a spam app. Has almost no functionality and then freezes.
  • Never buy a eSIM from Airhub // COMPLETE SCAM

    I bought an eSim for my 21 day vacation, it was a 30gb data plan. 4 days in my vacation and after using only 3.5gb the eSim stopped working out of nowhere. I sent an email to customer service, a message on their app and I tried to contact them any way possible. They take more than 24h hours sometimes 48 hours to answer back to their email. I even answered back to one of their emails 2 mins after they sent one to me and they took 24+ hours to answer back. After 5 days of waiting for them to fix the issue I had to buy another eSim from another company because I needed data to travel. They never figured out the issue and they never want to give me a refund. This was the worst customer service I ever experience! The eSim from AirHub didn't worked for the rest of the trip. NEVER BUY A eSIM FROM AIRHUB!! This is a scam!

  • Total Scam

    Bought an eSIM for 30 bucks and it didn’t work. Customer service couldn’t make the slightest effort to help fix the issue

  • Buggy website and no in app payment

    I used nomad and Airalo before, and though this advertises lower prices, I did not buy due to several issues. 1. The Airalo.com website is super buggy and can’t even reliably show a sorted list of esims for each country. Just go try it. If they can’t do the very basics, I don’t trust them. 2. iPhone app is slightly better showing list but still has basic issues like country list showing USA sims ‘from$72’ when the list shows $5 esims. 3. No Apple Pay, just credit card or PayPal. So, nope. If the prices are well below the low cost competition, something is wrong. I would worry about my data and payment info.

  • I finally got it in my phone

    Man, what a hassle to get it in the phone.

    This company and others have the same issues.

    Should be called install app first then activate when you get to the destination.

    Simple English and logic. And I think all online are AI as there is. No personality!

  • STAY AWAY!!!

    Horrible to deal with. Ordered an esim for Europe and the code came 2 days later. When it finally came it didn’t work. After another 2 days back and forth with the support still didn’t work and when I requested a refund they denied it and offered a discount towards future purchases and would NOT give me a refund.

  • Not functional. No support. All scam

    Even paying them can be difficult. The pay button on the website or in the app doesn’t even work. The 100MB free esim was workable but you cannot top it up because the website and the app are buggy. So forget about it. Support is nonexistent.
  • App is a scam

    You pay, and get nothing. Complete scam.
  • charged but never received a sim

    support is non-responsive, the app is glitchy, I signed up for an account using apple’s anonymization relay, the only way to get a sim is via email, which never arrived. Support has not reached out after leaving messages on their systems.

  • No customer support and not working ESIM

    I purchased the eSIM plan I downloaded the QR and everything was fine only for a few days 4-5 days. Now I can’t connect to any network provider anywhere in Europe. I tried to reach support but there isn’t anyone there to help.
