  • Like all the other ***It is a scam***

    Please listen. On a first look plans look good but indeed it is a scam, I did not believe it & it happened to me. You will end up in a foreign country with no data, nobody to talk with and ending up spending more money buying plans from Airalo or other honest suppliers. Apple should not allow them to be on the App Store it I guess they do not care either.

    I recently purchased a weeks worth of USA data. 3 days later and I still have not received the qr code to activate the eSIM.

    Customer services are non existent.
  • Avoid at all costs.

    Total scam. Terrible, expensive, and does not work at all. I spent two weeks trying to make this work across five countries. They do not provide refunds, and only very limited email support. It’s not worth the headache.
  • Hideous

    I purchased one and it went okay, though the connection was very mediocre. I purchased a second and never received a new QR code. Despite numerous emails, some of which took days for a response, all I got was the same code for my first purchase. Support does not seem to understand anything even when I am very explicit with multiple receipt numbers. It feels like a scam at this point. Avoid!!!

  • Don’t waste your time and money

    eSIM was never emailed. Customer service is nonexistent. Don’t waste your time and money use another app.
  • Does not work!

    I downloaded the eSIM for Australia and when I arrived it didn’t work even though it was set up correctly! When I log into the app it either freezes and I can’t do anything or is very slow at loading and is still no help at all, trying to get a refund I feel is going to be so difficult.
  • Terrible Connection and Terrible Customer Service

    I purchased the AirhubApp 30-day unlimited data e-SIM with the expectation of seamless internet connectivity. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but smooth. Within the first two weeks, I encountered frequent and prolonged service disruptions. Despite reaching out to customer support, the response was lackluster. The team did not offer an apology, and reconnection only occurred after repeated prompts from my side. Further complicating matters, halfway through the service period, my connection was completely cut off. This occurred during a business call to the U.S., which should have been routed through my American SIM due to the e-SIM's restrictions on international calls. However, due to intermittent service from the e-SIM, one of my calls connected via the AirhubApp inadvertently, leading to a breach of their service terms. Instead of receiving a warning or notice, my service was abruptly terminated. When I contacted support for clarification, I was met with rudeness and a dismissive attitude, and was only sent a snapshot of the purchase agreement as an explanation.This lack of reliable connectivity and poor customer service response has not only hampered my business operations but also caused significant inconvenience. I was not informed proactively about any issues or the final service termination, which I find unacceptable. The company’s inability to provide stable service or adequate customer care has left me frustrated and out of pocket. I feel justified in demanding a refund for the unused portion of my plan and would caution potential customers to consider other more reliable options. This experience has been thoroughly disappointing, and I would not recommend AirhubApp’s e-SIM services based on my ordeal.

  • Usa eSIM

    Bought USA eSIM, before I landed it didn’t work, and then I ha emailed customer service who sorted it asap. And once fixed it was great to use.
    Wish the installation and initial activation is smooth
