Dreadful product, even worse customer service.
Esim did not work in Barbados. Upon my return I requested a refund and was initially told it would be 3/5 days to be refunded. Well over to weeks now, guess what, yep no refund, second and third email promising it but......
Product is pointless and there are several other products that do work which would better serve for travel.Show lessgw230
Not ready for prime time
Application is incredibly buggy. Able make a purchase then failed to load QR code to access eSim. So terribly written that even sending a support request wouldn’t work. Amateur hour.zenrockstarr
Unusable
This is an app that is incredibly frustrating to use an ultimately, I was unable to complete my transaction because of a date selector that wouldn’t work. Recommend using another service.Canadide
