I am not sure if there is a problem with my account. I tried many methods. I tried to delete the application and tried to load the balance. I have a balance of around $30 in my account, but the application does not allow me to buy any package I want. There is no option to withdraw my money. In other words, the application took $30 from me and I can neither spend it, use it nor get it back.

Once your eSIM is set up, you can start using your balance immediately without needing to buy any specific package or worry about an expiration period. Unacceptable

This is absolutely unacceptable! I paid $25 for a SIM card to use while traveling, and after upgrading to the iPhone 16 Pro Max, it won’t let me transfer the eSIM. I tried everything—deleting it from my old phone and attempting to install it on my new one—but it keeps telling me the code is no longer valid. To make matters worse, customer service has been completely unresponsive for 5 days! This is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. DO NOT FALL FOR IT! Save yourself the headache and avoid this service.

An issue

I don’t know if the app have a glitch or when I install the app and I did restore my phone when I install it is not showing like the rest of my apps are showing, but this app is not showing

Completely useless

Useless App, can't manage or register my eSim. Non existent customer service, can't cancel my subscription once you order your eSim. Avoid at all cost!!!
