  • Wasted my time

    Where I live, there is only one ljs in the entire state, and it’s an hour away. But I had planned on being in the area, so I downloaded this app after visiting their website and seeing that they were still operating. It required my phone number and email to sign up, which I hate giving out, but I figured if it helps me save money and earn discounts then sure..well after signing up it asks me my location so they can connect me to the nearest ljs, only to find out that the one closest to me doesn’t even participate in any discounts or online ordering, gift cards etc etc. I feel like I got tricked. Would have been nice to know that before signing up and giving out my phone number and email…I’m already driving an hour away just to get some gosh darn hush puppies, what do I gotta do just to get a dang coupon? Be a pirate? Aaaarg ye scallywags! You haven’t seen the last of me Long John Silver!

    I recently started using the Long John Silver's app, and I couldn't be more impressed! The app is incredibly easy to use, with a user-friendly interface that makes ordering a breeze. The layout is intuitive, so even if you're not tech-savvy, you'll have no trouble navigating through the menu or customizing your order.

    One of the best features is the rewards program. It's simple to earn points, and the rewards are actually worth it. I've already redeemed a few free items, and the deals keep me coming back for more.

    I also have to mention the color scheme—it's awesome! The vibrant and appealing design makes the experience even more enjoyable. If you're a fan of Long John Silver's, the app is a must-have. Highly recommended!

  • Happy Glad!

    Omg soooo glad to see LGS reopen! My order was quick and fresh. I hope they keep this Vibe! The card was wrapped around the building and down Jewella. Hellooooo!
  • Awful restaurant chain

    I downloaded the app for the first time and paid for my food online when I showed up to the location they told me their internet was down and they couldn’t get me my food due to them not being able to verify my order and they couldn’t give me a refund either at the store when I called support to try to get a refund they never responded after multiple attempts to contact them that day I eventually gave up because the $10 wasn’t with the amount of time I waited trying to reach their customer support. I never got a refund and out of my 5 coworkers that ordered that day only one was able to get a refund. Used the app once and never again waste of time and money

  • Dried out food

    We went to LJS and there was hardly anyone there. We went through the drive-thru and I ordered two fish and chicken meals with ff and coleslaw. I paid and they asked me to pull up because they were waiting on fish. I did. Maybe 15 minutes later my husband got off to see what was taking so long. He returned a few minutes later with our food. We drove home. Nothing was fresh, not even the fish we were waiting for. Both the fish and the chicken had been sitting under the lamp for a while and the fries were hard. The coleslaw was missing from both of our plates. The receipt clearly shows I order ff and coleslaw with both meals.😔

  • App didn’t work , employees did !

    Tried to use the app. Had to go into restaurant for help because it wasn’t working correctly. Employees treated to help but it still wouldn’t work. They were great about trying to help and very understanding and kind. I did purchase food anyway. Very nice people at Marion, Illinois location.
  • I’m loving it!

    Love fast food deep fried fish. Although my favorite is still Arthur-Treacher this is the next best treat just wish more places to visit. Their hush puppies are one of the best. Try them once and you’ll be back for more. All in all a great alternative to the burger store. I’m loving it
