    Food was ready except for they forgot to include the coleslaw. Fish, chicken and hush puppies were good and not greasy but missed the coleslaw.
  • Terrible App

    I used this app to place my order and “try” to use the offers it gave me. The app kept freezing, placed the order without some offers, then when I tried to add the offers back, it wouldn’t give me the offer claiming I already used it. It gives you offers you can’t use. Then, it shows 3 orders with no way to cancel any of them and no way to actually order or pay for any of them. Went to the location to pick up and pay, because it wouldn’t let me, and the location received NO orders. The location did give me a small discount but nothing compared to the false offer given on the app because the location had no proof of the offer.

  • Still some kinks but huge improvement

    Always loved LJS! Great to be able to order it now on the app and have it ready when I arrive. Really like the design. Could be a little better in menu and layout.

  • Kinda pointless

    I haven't even tried to order. Seeing they're is no deals and the app is literally just to order full price food. I can do that at the restaraunt. Hopefully they are working on improving that. If not. Then don't waste your time even downloading.

  • VERYHORRIBLE

    On June 6, 2024 we set out for a 15-minute drive to our Long John Silvers for the first time since March 2021 when the COVID pandemic kept us at home. We installed the LJS App on our new cellphone, drove to the nearest LJS store, parked and then placed our food order, got it paid for on the App, then the App went dead and disappeared entirely. After several minutes of total frustration. I went into the LJS store only to see all of the store sitting booths filled with people who were using their cellphones. Because my credit card sent me a text message alert that our LJS food had been paid for we figured that we needed to stay and talk to a LJS Employee. Because the store was full of other people that was next to impossible. Finally after waiting forever I was able to discuss my order problem with a LJS Employee who finally was able to locate my food order. We sat in the store for an hour waiting for our food. Totally Ridiculous to say the least. NEVER EVER RETURN TO THAT STORE.

  • Hassle- not worth it

    I’d placed an order in advance for my mother to pick up. I’d taken a screen shot of the info and texted it to her.
    However, the system didn’t send the order to the store. In turn she waited an HOUR for prepaid fast food. It’s insanity how horrible the experience was. The team lead at the store wasn’t empowered to solve the problem. Do not recommend.

    But yep the app is completely unusable. Quite annoying.

  • Poorly designed app.

    One of the worse app I’ve used in a long time along with one of the worse website. It’s still taking order for location that is closed.

  • Completely unacceptable

    App is great right up to the point that it charges your card for an order and then it doesn’t open and becomes completely unusable. Wasting customers time like this is just not right.
