  • Bad app

    All the bad reviews are correct. App crashes and is unusable. Don’t bother to download. Deleting app.

  • Horrible

    Got it all ordered and payed and then the app turned off. Clicked on app and it showed the sailor and shut off. Reboot my phone and back into app and it turned off again as described. Then deleted app and installed and logged back I. And shows no past orders or if anything is ready. Got to store and payment did go through. What a pain

  • Bad app for a large chain restaurant

    Downloaded the app and placed my 1st order. After placing my order the app crashed but it charged my card and received an email confirmation that order was placed. After arriving to the restaurant, the employees had no order for me but thank goodness I have my email to show them and it took about 10 mins to get my food. And know anytime I try opening the app it just crashes and does not work. Guess I’ll take my business somewhere else until they get it together.

  • Worst app nothing works

    Try to use a coupon and order timed out, couldn’t use coupon now because it’s on another transaction that cannot accessed, try to create another account to order, well, the login function where it sends you a code to verify for login is always the wrong code, your company is better off with no app because it’s just ticking off your customers

  • App Crashed

    As soon as I input my payment information the app crashed. I tried to open it back up several times and it just kept closing. Makes me nervous that my card information was stolen.

  • Horrible App - Crashes

    I recently downloaded the Long John Silver’s app, and unfortunately, it’s been a complete disappointment. From the moment I opened it, the app crashes constantly and isn’t worth the hassle. Given that this is the first version, it’s crippled right out of the gate, reflecting poorly on the company.

    This app’s failure mirrors the same level of incompetence in corporate leadership that seems to run the company. It’s no wonder that this mismanagement results in total failure and closed stores. Until significant improvements are made, I can’t recommend this app to anyone. Save your time and avoid the frustration.

  • Doesn’t Work Useless

    Every time I go to place a order it doesn’t show the menu at all. It will show everything else but no menu which obviously makes it worthless if you can’t use it.

This can cause the menu to not display correctly. We are actively working to expand our online ordering capabilities to include more locations and to resolve these issues.
  • Unusable

    For some reason the app thinks I live in a state that I don’t live in and refuses to let me change it.
