  • Losing business!

    I just want LJS to understand how important it is to have a well-functioning app. It took forever to get my order set up because my reward disappeared do I started all over. Finally had it all ready, and was trying to submit the $47 payment and received an error message. Tried again, still getting an error message. Now we are just going to get In n Out, wasted too much of my time.

  • Needs a LOT of work

    Seemed ok despite lack of Apple Pay…but then I went to place my first order with it. It crashed when I submitted the order, and crashed each time I tried to open the app again, even after rebooting the phone. Deleted the app…seemed like LJS was better off without it!

  • Crashes

    After every order I place, you can never open the app again. Must delete it and reinstall for it to work next time, and keep repeating this process over and over. It’s 2024, you need to hire people who know what they are doing.

    Was charged twice due to slow and glitchy. Don’t recommend until improvements are made. Deleting app.

  • Dysfunctional app

    Terrible. Does not work. No beta testing? Fire the developer. I’m going to Captain D’s.
  • worst app i’ve ever used

    i downloaded the app after the long john silvers website was completely useless. (i would tap the link to place and order and it would only zoom in, as if it wasn’t even a link) the app is just as useless. nothing works. the location search doesn’t work. it searches based on the first couple numbers you type in and won’t refresh. after many, many tries i managed to find the location i wanted but i couldn’t order, all it did is tell me the hours of operation. it keeps trying to force me to order from some random location in pennsylvania. i almost threw my phone out the window i was so angry and frustrated. gave up, deleted the app and went somewhere else.

  • Keeps crashing

    I was able to create an account and place items in the cart but then when i added the payment it crashed and then i opened it again and it won’t load!!

  • you are better off going to the store to order

    absolutely useless app. do not waste your time. terrible user experience and it sent my order while i was trying to put payment information in, and the app kept crashing every time i tried to fix it. i couldn’t even tell if my card was charged or not because it didn’t log the order! if your app isn’t going to work, then don’t make an app!!!

    It will not even open at all for me, just clicks right out so frustrating.

  • Can’t even use the app

    The reviews are all real. This app is awful. I can’t even make an account to order because it WONT SEND ME A VERIFICATION CODE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT.
