AVOID CNFANS AT ALL COSTS
US customs sent my parcel back to CNfans due to “prohibited items”. I purchased clothes and shoes (yes I purchased insurance). I reached out to my agent the day it was returned and they responded later that day saying how they have it and can resend it but I have to pay for shipping again. I told them they should refund it and store it back in the warehouse and I’ll use another carrier. It’s been 1+ week and I got back no response. Multiple messages ignored, hundreds of dollars worth of items gone.

My honest opinion
I wish they added a feature were people could post the comments with pictures just so we could see what we’re actually buying.
On the other hand. A lot of people are switching from other apps to this one so the process of the qc and all that is a little slow. I guess it will get better over time.Bismarxk333

So much potential but lacking some features…
I’ve been using CNfans for a bit and got a haul coming in but some things need to be added to be able to hold a good foundation. First is the ability to save items or sellers to have them organized. Second is QC pictures of the product to see how it looks like. Third has to better customer service but I know this comes with time as this agent develops.Show lessAleSayhed

PURCHASING!
Buying items on here is TERRIBLY SLOW. I waited 7+ days just to have an agent buy my items. There is no reason it should take that long! Another problem is that they do not take paypal!!! There are so many risks because of this. Honestly just use sugaroo or a different agent.V-bucks wanted
