  • Love what these guys have done

On a human level chatting to Claude makes me feel warm and fuzzy contrasted to clinical OpenAI. I go to Claude because I can picture him as a warm French therapist who offers you a cigarette and directs you to the chair. It feels strange to regard an AI in this manner, but this is how many people will use AI. As a confidente. As humans we mostly crave human interaction, there’s no difference here.

The smallest details such as the wonderful font have been considered.

  • Good for writing stories but I have one gripe

This is a really good app for help with writing stories. Even though it makes mistakes sometimes, they’re easily correctable mistakes. I would’ve rated it five stars but, I just have one gripe with it. If someone is paying for your app, there should not be a limited amount of messages for every couple of hours.

  • I’m new to Claude, and am very impressed.

I’ve been using ChatGPT and grok for some time, just got into Claude, and love it.
  • Clyde 3.5 sonic is amazing!

Try asking it a comparative question between the prejudice and biases of different European countries. Try asking it to evaluate how the specific people in Scandinavian countries view their neighbors and other self identified Scandinavian countries. It’s opening and illuminating in a way that illuminates some of the major commonalities of humanity, especially western humanity…

  • AI Great, UI needs work

Please make the input keyboard go away by default when Claude is responding rather than keeping it open. It’s almost impossible to close it manually also. Seeing the response via only half the screen isn’t great and honestly it’s a big enough issue that I’m using ChatGPT by default although I’d prefer to use Claude. App is generally quite laggy. In general the ChatGPT UI is much much cleaner and polished. Finally, the tuning to give every question a pat on the back (“great question! You’re so smart! What an insightful idea!”) is a bit gratuitous - I don’t need my back scratched so much - just get to the point 🙂 Thanks for the consideration and for awesome AI!

  • My new AI Assistant: Claude 3.5

I was listening to background news and heard about Anthropic introducing most advanced AI version Claude 3.5. I started using over 24 hours and it is amazing!! Really amazing. Very quick of course but fairly accurate. Please use this tool to create a first draft, check out references and cross references. It will certainly improving base line knowledge for all who are able to get on, download the app and start researching!

  • Not very informative

This app has a promising future. Search results for a specific topic are well written but short on details. It seems as if Claude is not trying too hard by design. I can find more detail from page one of Google search. Can’t summarize from a url; you have to copy and paste.
Ask how to get from downtown to a baseball game. Claude has suggestions such as Uber and public transportation, with no information about routes, times, traffic, or where to park. Very mediocre answers.

  • 3.5 meets the hype

The newest 3.5 is amazing for context gpt4o can handle around 300 pages of text while Claude can handle a whopping 600 and imo it’s note taking structure is slightly better. When I ask for quotes it picks much better ones than 4o does. And follow up questions by Claude seem much more higher quality.

  • Claude is the bomb

    Excellent AI tool for ideas.
  • Great prose

I switched from ChatGPT Plus to Claude because Claude generates replies that flow better (in English). Claude also seems to be less affected by overzealous ai safety guard rails. That said, the ChatGPT app does appears to be more feature complete, with voice to text features and image generation, but I don’t personally rely on these.
