Glitchy
I got halfway through one of my surveys after spending about 45 minutes on these calls, when a notice popped up saying that all of their operators are busy and to try again later. When I tried two hours later, the survey disappeared, all of the progress was gone, and now I am not being paid for my time.

Hard work for nothing
I was on series 7 of 9 and towards the end of the 15 minute call the call dropped and now the survey is no longer on my dashboard. That is very upsetting and feel like I was played.

They take your information and stop responding to messages—it’s a complete scam.

A complete waste of time
Studies that you've already started working on disappear within a few hours instead of the usual two days. Also, there's a lot of technical issues. A waste of time.
Not reliable
Initially worked great completed multiple studies however now always down for issues says check back in one hour but delay goes on for days… will complete half them they disappear and not compensated. Also calls are getting longer in length and compensation less. Frustrating. Was enjoying it but seems to be getting worse. If one thing learned AI isn’t reliable yet lol

Possibly scam. License verification has been pending for weeks. Have messaged contact support twice and no answer.

Every week this app has a technical difficulty and is down for 2-3 days sometimes. Not sure if it’s crashing due to the amount of people making calls or not. Also, not receiving notifications via text as requested. I mean for an AI APP, I expect more.

When the app is working it’s great! But a lot of times the studies are paused so you can’t go back to work on them when you have the time. Then the studies will disappear, it says you have two days to complete but they will be gone before that time is up and you’ve then wasted time working on those studies. For example I had started two studies which each included 9 calls, I still had one day to complete them but when I went to finish they they were gone. But like I said when it works it’s great and they pay on time.
