The workouts are great, but the app is not user friendly. It’s annoying that every time you start a workout you need to click each exercise and then click play on each video. So to see the exercise itself you need to click like 3-4 times. Instead of working out you end up looking and clicking your phone non stop. Would be much nicer and easier if the video showed up as a dropdown and played automatically once you start the workout. The meal menu and swap table could have been incorporated into the app as well. Right now you still need to download a pdf and look up everything manually. Considering that program costs $80 for just 6 weeks, the app could have been much better. There are a lot of alternative apps that charge you almost the same cost but for a year, and are easier to use.
