No Notifications
As of 9/15/24, I wanted to update this review. I was contacted by a product manager to discuss the issues. Since then there has been resolutions to all my concerns. If you have any questions or concerns I’m sure you will receive the same courtesy. Thanks for the efforts!

Sorry for the trouble. To fix alert issues, check your iPhone Settings > Notifications > Protos Select and ensure notifications are enabled. Also, in the app, go to the hamburger menu > Settings, and toggle desired notifications to purple. Contact support if needed.
