Enjoy the app and use it as a reminder for intermittent fasting, would love to see an option to set the app to allow you to fast from from specific things for a set period of time (alcohol, meat, etc.)Luna6742

I have been doing intermittent fasting for a while now. Every app I used just tries to upsell me and has too many features and popup. Empty is simple and easy to use….buy now thank me later 😄Smilerali
