Great Company

I have been dealing with Shannon’s for many years now and have found them to be very amicable and easy to deal with. Nothing is a trouble to them and they are happy to explain in layman’s terms all about your insurance cover great pricing and easy monthly terms . Why would people shop anywhere else 👍

Logs in and crashes

Definitely an APP in its infancy. It logs in and crashes 80% of the time. When you finally get to login it’s a brief summary of your policy that your unable to add or delete vehicles. It points you to a chat which you can only access when the APP doesn’t crash. Quite useless in reality. Hope your not paying your IT department much as they haven’t earnt there $$$ yet

Good start

Decent start for an app. However, at this point it seems as though much functionality just dispatches you to the Shannons website - the app itself doesn’t do much. Eg for a new car insurance quote, off to website in your mobile browser, which opens the useless Shannons Online Assistant, which eventually gives up and offers to connect you to an “Enthusiast”. Might as well not bother with the app or online systems at all, just call, Shannons staff are always super helpful.
