I played this game a lot when it first came out, and decided to give it another shot. I was having fun again but after this last update I am unable to switch from guest account on loading screen. I can not access my account any more and have lost money. DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME unless you are purely free-to-play and are ok with losing your account and all your progress.Show lessNurse Roisin

Game is honestly great and i love it. I just hate how i bind my account and all my progress still gets deleted. It literally takes away my motivation to play if i have to start over EVERY SINGLE TIME i log in.Almightypusher

I played the heck out of this game the first time it came out, and was really sad to see it get shut down. Been hooked since day one, it’s a great balance of casual, cute, and fairly simple in some ways but very unique and can get some good PvP competitive paths if you’re into it. Not exactly f2p friendly but you can get far without spending if you’re patient. I will be a daily player for sure, now just need the devs to start merging servers already lolShow lessDeveloper Response

I love this game been playing for a couple weeks now and just had got my first eight star Ryver yesterday. But here's my complaint I logged in today to claim my idle rewards and I get back on and i don't have a Apple account anymore and I lost everything!!! Please help me fix itMafiam9375
It WAS pretty good but
I played this game for 5ish hours and I liked it it was fun and it felt fair I also didn’t feel like it was getting boring at all but… I opened the game the next day and my account was gone I was really annoyed and I tried making sure it was the same server and joining since it’s happened before but it was just gone I think it’s most likely because I had a guest account but that’s only because the game wouldn’t let me bind it even after I correctly did it and it said it worked but the game still thought I was in a guest account and I lose it if I could get it back I would play but since I can’t I wouldn’t recommend it since if it happens it just feels pointless too play
Edit: I just tried binding my account again before going in cause maybe that’s why but no it didn’t let me because the “account had already been bound” so I can’t even try to get in the account if it did work though when I was playing it would keep saying I’m in a guest accountShow lessrobot927927

This is a really fun game. Lots to do if you have time, but not overwhelming if you take your time. The game itself is really good in many areas. However the Login UI continues to cause issue. Why force guest accounts at all. Especially when after I binded 2 accounts I was never able to switch to them and was forced into a new guest account if the game crashed or I loged out of my account. I found out how to message the company through Facebook and then got me a new account to bind which is great and they were very helpful and polite. But STILL after binding the new account and following their instructions the game crashed and I was forced into a guest account that I couldn’t switch from. I tried deleting those guest account but the UI just doesn’t work. I’ve gone through 7 guest accounts trying different ways to have a account bound so my progress remains and as mentioned before talked with the help support via Facebook. Please fix the login/bind/switch UI so I can play the game again.Show lessKingTimaeus

I bound my apple account and then it made me login with a guest account the next time I opened the game. It won’t let me switch back to my apple account. Don’t spend money on this game they will kick you out of your account and then you won’t be able to get back in. Emailed customer support. No response. Can’t find any other way to get help.Show lesslordkaio

I like the gameplay but why make a binding part if you even try it just automatically deletes your account even after you do bind it then whats the point5starwizzard
