Terrible compared to the old version

The old Copilote app was amazing. This new version is terrible and non functional. The live data toggle doesn’t work. I can no longer see available spots on the street. Parking lots are no longer shown in this new version of the app. The UI is outdated and clumsy.

This app is scoffing at you

I read in the update notes that they added language selector on the login screen and decided to check that. On my iPhone SE2 the language selector does not fit on the screen as It is located on the very bottom below all other sign-in buttons. You can scroll the content up and see the selector but it won’t stay up! As soon as you release the content, it slides down and hides the selector! If you hold the content with one finger and tap on the selector, it won’t react. What a joke! There is a selector but you cannot use it. I wish they hired at least one senior developer…

Hi there, There is an English setting in the app, to change it over, please go to the icon on the top left hand corner>gérer mon compte> paramètres du compte> at the top, there will be a language setting. Thank you, Copilote+, powered by HotSpot.

Incapable recevoir reçus

La connexion via AppleID fait en sorte qu’il est impossible de recevoir un reçu, ils ne sont pas redirigés vers la boîte courriel associée

Scam

I installed this app to pay for parking it made me purchase more than my parking was worth and a few days later I had a credit card fraud ….. do not trust this app

Not Tourist Friendly

With all the tourists that visit Quebec, I would have expected the app to easily switch into English. I didn’t think it supported English until I read a review saying that it supported both languages. I eventually found the toggle after randomly hitting links. As someone in the software industry, this is very poor UI design.

English is supported but difficult to find

I was going to give this 1 stars because everything is in French but later I found on the developer response to a review that indeed there IS English supported. The problem is in order to get that setting, you need to go through French prompts - a real head scratcher on why they did this. There should be a button on the main page to toggle between the 2 languages instead of being deeply hidden in French prompts.

That being said, once you set this, paying is mostly straightforward. Much better than going to the parking machines - AND you can add time if you know you will be late.

I would give this at least 4 stars if the language settings were more straightforward.

Not useful

Was difficult to find where turn on English. Difficult navigation through map. For me as for tourist was easier to use google maps despite I hoped that this app will improve the process. It doesn’t moreover it made it harder. Strange search on the map, showed me any other locations in UK instead of Quebec .
