I have worked out with Lindsey since 2020. Every workout format is wonderful. I love the heavy lifting it makes me feel so strong. Lindsey’s workouts are based off of functional movements and they just make sense in the body! I love how my body feels after every single class and the way she programs out each week is so thoughtfully curated. Having live classes M-Sa keeps me so accountable and CONSISTENT! I have definitely seen results in my muscle definition since working out with Uplift consistently. Lindsey was my favorite instructor at my previous online workout class and I was SO excited when she started her own app! There is something for everyone with Pilates, muscle group specific workouts and recovery classes. The weekly recipes and mediations are such a value add for an all encompassing fitness and health experience.
I recently had extensive ankle surgery and was so nervous to get back into working out. Having multiple workout class options depending on how my mobility/level of discomfort is/was and the ability to modify at home has been really game changing. The app has been so helpful to get back into moving my body and build my confidence after having to take an unexpected amount of time off.
