On one lesson it says yo instead of Tu so I can't get past that lesson because it supposed to be tu comes nachos con salsa but it has yo instead of tuCrazie ladies

…learning Spanish using Duolingo! I just up/down loaded (need computer lessons!) your app about 15 minutes ago! You taught me something so basic that I was surprised my other ‘teachers’ did not! Using Duo, it was hard to get questions answered or to get something explained! Your very first lesson showed me something that DUO did not! A very basic concept! I’m very excited to be renewing my Spanish. I have had no practice since covid was lifted. There are more multicultural peoples living where I am at now! Thank you for this opportunity! ***PS. I’m 71! And I stay sharp by learning! LATER: As I am going through some of the things I have learned before, UNACADEMY has been adding ideas and explanations that I had only guessed at using DUO! This is most enjoyable and the different presentations keep me wanting more. I would like to see a REPEAT button; because sometimes I do not hear the word properly or I want to practice the word/accent. The only problem so far is when UNACADEMY presents a sentence; the very first word is missing or cut off! I must then press the ▶️ button to hear the whole sentence. ***Oh, yes, I joined PRO. IT’s a very good deal! I can learn however much I want to learn each day! WEEK 3…..I am having a problem with having the correct answers offered. This has happened several times! TODAY the offered translation Eng-Spanish was SHE IS BUSY….ella ocupada…..the inly answer given as a choice was the male word occupadO…needs fixing…! ***Today, I learned about how to travel. At the end of the lesson, it said WORDS LEARNED, ‘0’! How would they know? In fact! I learned about 7 brand new words; never seen nor pronounced before! So don’t take the counter there seriously…it doesn’t know! Still having fun on DAY 15….Show less1stCeye

Great app!
I spent a year using Duolingo and became frustrated with the concept of learning through repetition. Unacademy actually explains grammar and word usage. I’ve learned more in a month with Unacademy than I did in a year with Duolingo. Great app overall.dougperzyk

Favorite app!!
I literally neverrrr write reviews. But I adore this app, I used Duolingo for a long time but felt like I wasn’t really learning much, anything I was learning was at a very slow pace. This app has a perfect pace and it explains things to me in a way no other app ever has. I use this app every day and I love it so much. I’d love to see possibly being able to customize our little animal on the leaderboard (:Show lesshalebale16

I really enjoy this app and love that it’s at my own pace. I too was wanting a way to review what words I have learned. I see that is coming in the future. I highly recommend this app if you want to learn Spanish. I also love how it pronounces everything so I can learn the correct pronunciation. I also like how it mentions traditions.Show lesswrangler56
