Hard work but you get good money
There are good jobs, but since the app is new, there is very little work. It would be good to have some extra money for your car's gas.

Work for free!!!
First of all, they make you fill out basic information and activate your account, then you do a job and when you go to collect, they make you wait 7 days to receive your first payment, after you wait that certain amount of time, they tell you that they need more information that was optional at the beginning and they keep you waiting longer, then you do another job while you wait for it to be requested and that's how they keep you and they don't transfer your money and in the end you end up tired, disappointed and without money.

Exceptional Tech Support
I’ve done work for every, literally every, service provider out there. Angi, Thumbtack, Service Direct, ect. None of them treat us techs very well. InstaService is by far the best from a technician point of view. Had a minor issue and they contacted me! That is unheard of! They made sure I was good to go, walked me through what I needed to do to avoid the issue from happening again. Had a good conversation at that! I usually dread talking to tech support. If you’ve worked for a number of these companies, you’ll know the feeling. I am definitely looking forward to continuing a great working relationship with InstaService!

Real time Job alerts. No fake leads
I run a small cleaning business, and using InstaService Pro has been the best decision for me. Thumbtack takes a big chunk of what I earned through lead fees, and I was tired of it. With InstaService Pro, there are no fees, and the jobs are real and local. It’s easy to reschedule, and I can manage my team’s work all from my phone. Initially they gave me very less jobs, as I proved myself with 5* ratings, now I get more jobs. My incọme has gone up, and I’m spending less time chasing bad leads. Love this app!

Better than Thumbtack
I used to work with Thumbtack, but the lead fees were so high that I was basically working for free. Initially, I thought InstaService was a scam as they took my SSN and DL for background checks. InstaService Pro changed everything! Now, I get to keep every dollar I earn, and the job alerts are real-time, solid opportunities.

Haven’t used yet
I gave all of my information to this company for a background check in order to be a service provider. It has been weeks and the application still shows “ still pending , we will send confirmation when complete “. There are no phone numbers listed to call for assistance.
*** update 9/9/24 developer called me and mentioned an issue with my background check due to my frozen credit report. We worked it out and they approved my account and I’m waiting for jobs at the moment. ***

Hi, Please share your phone number or contact @ 408-819-1883 to check the status and update you immediately. We can't enable anyone whose background checks are not cleared. We've 100s of service providers already working and taking the jobs. If your background checks are cleared, we enable on the same hour of background check clearance.
