Great app

I’ve been searching for an application like this for a few months, and I finally found it. Thank you!

Wonderful app

Everything about this app is well done

Broken after update

Been using this app for awhile without issue, and the ATL measurement I normally find super helpful. After installing the new update and loading it the day after not wearing my watch to sleep, it seems to have lost all my data entirely. It used to cope fine with me not wearing my watch to sleep now and again, and would still record and display other data. Not sure what’s changed.

Very clean and useful!

This has a great widget on iPhone and complication on Apple Watch. I’ve been using it for a week now and it’s works very well and accurately represents how I’m feeling. It looks and works great. It’s on my home screen on both devices which is high praise!

Nice app with potential!

I particularly like that it show and uses fatigue (acute training load).

Best Body Battery clone on the App Store

Works well & almost as good as Garmin’s Body Battery in a side by side comparison, if your Afib history is setup correctly to record more often, see Reddit for more info..

Adding an Apple Watch Widget

I love this app. It works great and it's amazing that it’s free. Can you add an Apple Watch widget? That would be the perfect cherry on top.

Love this app

So simple and so effective, it’s the first thing I check every morning. Thanks for creating it and making it free!

Almost there. A few, critical, missing pieces.

This is quite good for a simple overview. For someone coming from body battery this is really legible, but for someone like myself this is actually pretty difficult to wade through because the information area relates more of why things are measured and how they are averaged than actually teaching us what the information means and how we can use it and why it is measured. I had to research body battery itself to understand what I needed.

While the main overview is simple and to the point, which is a positive imo, but it is almost too simple. I can see a history, or graphs, or deeper insights.

There is a niche for this app where it can present information on the surface similar to body battery, but then can be dug into to show information in a manner similar to Whoop or Athlytic.

TLDR: don’t treat this app like everyone will already be familiar with Body Battery. Educate us fully like we are dummies because most people using this will have always had Apple Watches and therefore won’t have used body battery before.

Garmin body battery dupe

I recently switched from garmin to an Apple Watch and I’ve been trying to find a “Body Battery” to help me manage training along with autoimmune health issues. This looks promising, but it would be great if it had a widget for phone or watch complications. Thank you for the simple design.
