Ads overbearing
Good game, don’t mind the non-intrusive ads or the occasional interstitial but forcing ads to be watched every 30 seconds makes this game unplayablehaswalt

I originally got an ad for this and thought “hey those graphics are nice and that seems fun” and oh boy, that is an understatement, the graphics are wonderful, the beautiful vibrant colors not only making it visually pleasing, but easy to differentiate different things!! The controls and hud are super intuitive and make playing the game a breeze, the gameplay itself is super fun, and still slows a lot of freedom while no being needlessly complex, and oh my gosh the sound design, the music is absolutely wonderful, it perfectly suits the laid back, simple, and thoroughly enjoyable atmosphere of the game, honestly there’s more that I love but this review’s already really long in short: great game, super fun, intuitive, very entertaining, would recommend, huge props to the dev team for creating my new favorite mobile game!Show lessfatty_🙃🤪🤪

It’s actually not a fake ad riddled mobile game and it is fun if you like strategy style games it’s quite fun and it can be challenging depending on how you play however I hope to see an update where the ant queen can be relocated in the anthill if there are other queen floors placed further into the anthill when it has opened up more so it is possible to make a stronger and more strategic late game defenceShow lessTrexblaze
Absolutely love the game so far!
Only suggestion/feature request is being able to have some sort of cloud sync across devices if possible, would mean I can play on my phone on the go and my tablet when at home. Other than that, great game so far#ape apps is OP

Unfortunately not for many
Like the title says, it’s not for people looking for an easy game. An honest review of the game is simply put, you’ll probably pass 2 or 3 levels but after that good luck on trying to even manage to start up ur “colony” if you can even call it that. The game tries to have you focus on the skills/perks, but eventually it’s simply the matter of, in my opinion, time. When you think you’re getting a step closer to an ideal or even minimal level, you’ll be surprised by around 3 or 4 attacks back to back. You’ll lose more than half ur “colony” and then basically restart yourself back to square one, only to be hit by another enemy that does waaaay too much damage. (Ex. 25 damage, basically one shooting anything or killing “defenders”, if u can even call them that, they’ll roam outside but never or most of the time be on the complete opposite side of where the enemy is attacking you.) either way. The game needs work, as in commanding your ants in certain ways, aside from hoping that your ants can “see” the enemy. Overall, game is hard, even w buying the starter kit, just tone is down a bit, or better yet give more time to prepare. Wasn’t expecting the dramatic increase in difficulty off rip.Show lessElysian park

Try changing your scout types, redesigning your underground base, and upgrading your defensive ants early on. Don’t forget to adjust your perks as needed. The game is great overall, the first two level are fair and fun. However when you get to the third level, it is far too hard and unfair, especially for ftp. The sand desert is too frustrating and I saw this game as a game I would stick to playing, however I am deleting the game, I can’t get passed the desert and I used all my cards I received and upgraded. I got passed a swarm of scorpions and I exited the game after. The nicer time I loaded up the save, all my progress was lost, and the scorpions attacked again and I wasn’t ready, this was unfair and frustrating. This wasn’t the only time I lost progress, and there was a time I hard and closed the game and for some reason that saved. I won’t waste money spending it on sugar. I do see potential but right now, people like me won’t have the patience for it.Show lessRickgz02
