I just saw receipt for the current payment and my credit card was charged. However screen says “Disconnected “ and when I try turning it on it says “connecting” but then there is an error and it goes back to “Disconnected “. When I tap “Contact Us” the screen gives me nothing.Developer Response

Was great for the first 7 days, now can’t even connect, keep getting user authentication failed error. I tried contacting support using their email listed here, but keep getting mail failed to deliver: 550 error. I used my cellular service to contact them, still same results, no idea what’s happening?? It seems from other reviews this is what happens after most peoples first 7 days with the service, why is there no one noticing this on their end??? Hopefully once I get back to the US I will be able to contact their customer service since this VPN went out after 7 days, doesn’t connect at all, and there’s no way to get ahold of customer service via email for a refund.
