Was great for the first 7 days, now can’t even connect, keep getting user authentication failed error. I tried contacting support using their email listed here, but keep getting mail failed to deliver: 550 error. I used my cellular service to contact them, still same results, no idea what’s happening?? It seems from other reviews this is what happens after most peoples first 7 days with the service, why is there no one noticing this on their end??? Hopefully once I get back to the US I will be able to contact their customer service since this VPN went out after 7 days, doesn’t connect at all, and there’s no way to get ahold of customer service via email for a refund. This vpn stopped working. It said the authentication failed. It did work but for like a day then no more. I am just confused why it didn’t work. If they see this please fix this. I don’t know if anyone else has had this problem.Reyazul mollah
