Sets a great challenge

honestly didn’t think I’d be using this app for long, but the app really challenges me to go above and beyond my exercises. from being a sporty individual already, this app really gives me the drive to complete every quest given to me. it has also allowed me to create my own quests related to my sports, earning stats that feeling really rewarding when earning them through hard work and training.

The greatest app on my phone

Man where do I start. I feel like this app was made for me. As a heavy gamer who has always wanted to better my body, I’ve never found anything to trick my brain into having fun while doing push ups before. Please don’t give up on this thing. It’s such a cool and fun concept that actually has real world impact. The developer is a genius for this. I’ve got my friends and family into it and though they aren’t as big into games, even they think it’s awesome both conceptually and in practice. Can’t believe it took until 2024, but man you have all my gratitude and praise.

Seems cool so far but there’s definitely room for improvement.

There’s an issue with the run distance not saving and a few times when I opened the app all of my challenges were reset even though the time was not up.

Update: lowered my rating. There’s no way to schedule breaks you need to do the workout every single day. The only time working out the same muscles every single day is good is in anime your body needs to rest and recover. There needs to be a way to choose rest days or the penalty needs to be changed so that you do not lose level progression.

The new penalty should be adding extra to the next days workout it’s that simple.

Daily leaderboard for friends

First off love the app I just got my friends and some of my family to download It. This app has so much potential. I would LOVE to see like a daily leaderboard board in addition to the level leaderboard. It could show out of all your friends who has the most steps that day and who has the most push-ups, sit-ups etc. The if you have the most steps you get a title same with the other ones it could be like who has the most steps over a month before you get the badge or title for just your friends. I would also LOVE to see a Title that’s very very hard to earn like you should have to get push up supreme being, sit up supreme being, run supreme being, squat supreme being and some other challenge. I think it would be really cool to see as like another goal to reach. The title would show that you have put a lot of time and worked really hard for it.

Very cool app

I have been doing the workouts but for some reason the app dosent register my exercises am I gonna need an Apple Watch to make it register or what?

Amazing game play!!

I’ve been here since the launch of the app and while it did have a slow start it has taken off and it is so amazing!! Now it connect to Apple Watches so it tracks things for you. This has really helped me because I don’t have much time to go to the gym, and I lack motivation to work out. Making it like a game tricks my ADHD and it helps so much. If you’re a little nerdy, love games, and need a little bump in your step to get you going on your workout journey this is the perfect games/workout app for you!!

Best fitness app on the market

Along with my strive for self-improvement. This app has single handedly made me feel so motivated, more than I have ever been in my life. The concept of video x fitness is genius as it actually makes working out fun. Not only that if makes doing other tasks like reading or journaling feel good too.

So overall if the optimisation is further improved on, this could very well be the best app of the market.

Good app

Very high potential to grow into something big.

Great app for beginners

My friend showed me this app as he knows I like to workout. I thought it would be something fun to do along side my daily workouts but it lacks the flexibility of a fixed workout regime.

Don’t get me wrong, I think this is brilliant. But only for beginners who haven’t figured out how to plan their workouts.

It’s definitely a great way to stay in shape or to get into better shape and it’s a fun way to get into the gym!

If the dev could add a feature where you could set your own daily workouts, for example the Arnold Split (the workout method I follow) I would love to use this app frequently.
