It keeps saying can’t connect to server

So sorry you had this experience. The server did go down, but it is currently up and working. We are actively monitoring the issue to correct problem and prevent it from happening in the future. Thanks for giving our game a try and know that we are here to make the experience better.
Game will not connect to server.

Thanks for playing. Sorry the game crashed while you were playing. Because the augmented reality takes a lot of processing power, it's recommended to play with a fully-charged phone and close down any apps running in the background. This will create a more stable play experience.
Connectivity issues
Once every few turns someone would disconnect or get kicked out of the app. If it was their turn, they’d have 3-4 seconds to reconnect or their turn would be skipped. We were having to take impromptu turns without using the app when their turns were skipped. Eventually we became so frustrated we stopped playing, as with children the game will take some time.
Long story short, once the issues with the app are resolved, the game is going to be a great purchase and well worth investing in. Until then I cannot in good conscience suggest playing with the app.

Thanks for playing. Any additional information you have regarding when the disconnection would happen would help get to the bottom of the issue. In general, because of the processing power needed to run the augmented reality, a fully charged phone and closing all the other apps running on the phone before playing creates a much stabler play experience.
