### 4/5 — No Configuration?

*2026-08-30*

With the new update you cannot configure any controls. How do you do it? But besides that this is a pretty well done emulator, all things considered. Keep up the good work.

**Developer response:** I release a lot of updates. And I've got more on the way. I think you get good value if you buy the Premium. If you cannot afford the Premium - I give out free codes if you leave a positive review.

### 4/5 — Add Skylanders support

*2026-08-17*

I like this emulator. It’s probably one of best running iOS emulators I’ve tried. But you can’t play the Skylanders games on it. I know true portal compatibility is probably impossible, but you can add an emulated portal for Wiiu and 3ds. You can also add compatibility for importing .spyro save files for 3ds.
On a separate note. Mario Kart 8 crashes when I try playing a race. I’m not sure about any other games since I haven’t really tried anything else. Also the app crashes when I hit “Clear Shader Cache” in the Wiiu settings.
I would like to see Amiibo support.

### 4/5 — No controller support?

*2026-08-16*

So I believe this is an amazing app, my only problem is that I can’t seem to connect my Xbox one controller? It works on other emulators just not this one and it’s really bumming me out as I really wanted to give it five stars.

### 4/5 — bug?

*2026-08-12*

so i loaded up my splatoon 1 rom and whenever i try to play it just doesnt do anything. i loaded up a different game (tomodachi life) to see if it was a issue with my emulator and it wasnt. im not sure if this is a bug or not :/ 3 stars since tomodachi life worked but then it showed i was playing splatoon and not tomodachi life. maybe i spammed the thing too much idk

edited cause some of this review made sense and i was kinda half asleep (sorry if i gave you a stroke while reading allat) but i read a few reviews on this too after i made this review and uh i guess its not just me having bugs since this is experimental. 4 stars because im sorry about my review. i didnt realize this wii u emulator was experimental when i first wrote it..

**Developer response:** I'll look into this.

### 3/5 — No Controller Configuration

*2026-08-08*

With the new update you cannot configure any controls for free anymore, the worst update. I put my faith in this update and you changed the emulator for the worst.

**Developer response:** I release a lot of updates. And I've got more on the way. I think you get good value if you buy the Premium. If you cannot afford the Premium - I give out free codes if you leave a positive review.

### 4/5 — Good but have some problems

*2026-08-05*

So basically yeah GameCube really does good but for some reason 3DS has a black screen and for Wii U the touch screen doesn’t work so I can’t get past the screen for new super mario bros U but also most of the Wii U games don’t work but that’s expected as it’s experimental

### 5/5 — A+

*2026-07-30*

Great emulator

### 4/5 — Wii U touch functionality

*2026-07-29*

When I tried to play Kirby and the Rainbow Curse I realized that the touchscreen for the Wii U doesn’t work. Could you maybe try to solve this issue.
Also this is a very underrated emulator, good work but maybe try to add all the buttons.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the review. Looking into this. I'll have an update soon.

### 5/5 — What kind of roms I need for All games

*2026-07-27*

Please help

### 5/5 — Wii U doesn’t work even with keys files

*2026-07-25*

You should make a YouTube tutorial but I know that it needs to be a keys file and mine has all of it and I put it I push play and it crashes I keep trying but I just give up in the end please make a tutorial and 3ds works fine I love it thanks man also add cia files for the 3ds it runs pretty good add controller support thanks for responding ti my last one

**Developer response:** Hi. Thanks for the review. I have discovered a critical bug affecting A15 Bionic and below chips. Sorry for the poor expereince. A fix is currently pending in Apple review.

### 4/5 — Missing buttons

*2026-07-24*

Hey! This is like one of the only emulators on apple that has GameCube and I love pikmin, the thing is that GameCube is missing the y button! I don’t know how hard it would be but if you can add the y button, otherwise, really good!

### 5/5 — Wii U doesn’t work even with keys

*2026-07-23*

Hey thanks for adding GameCube it’s wonderful but I did use keys the game that I used is new super Mario bros U and thanks for responding last time and it keeps on Crashing

**Developer response:** If you are using a wux file - you must supply a keys file in order to get WiiU to work. You don't want to miss out trying the WiiU. It runs impressively fast.

### 5/5 — Support Email?

*2026-07-20*

Hi developer, do you have a support email I can contact you with? I would like to report some bugs. Wii U has absolutely amazing performance on my iPhone 17 Pro Max!

**Developer response:** Thanks for the review. I really do appreciate it.
I've focused on pushing the performance to the absolute limit for a while. But now I will tone back a bit and work on stability.
I have great updates already in the pipeline - that will be out shortly.
Criticism/comments are always welcome on my Twitter/X - which is linked on the App Store page as the support.

### 5/5 — Wii U doesn’t work

*2026-07-19*

64 it’s wonderful but on the other hand Wii U can’t play games I hope you fix this so we can play both games

### 5/5 — A

*2026-07-13*

Just asking how do I play Mario 64?

**Developer response:** You need to buy a weird set of tools to backup your N64 cartridge - or you must go to shady websites with non-stop scam popups.
Neither is great for me or you or Nintendo. I wish there was an easier option.
64Touch is the console. You as the user have to supply your own game files or ROMs - but if you can manage to do that, the app works!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Nothing works at all

*2026-08-07*

Nothing works I’m clicking on my file and then I open it and nothing happens no working emulator no roms

### 1/5 — I tried importing a Wii U game.

*2026-08-05*

I tried importing a Wii U game, and when I did so guess what it did? It did nothing. I imported Nintendo Land.

### 1/5 — Some games have audio crackling and stutters. OOT N64 is an example

*2026-05-05*

Stability and performance could be better but it’s a good start. And as a reply to your responses, first of all these aren’t comments it’s called a review, and second of all I’m not being deceitful, I’m just giving some advice! So maybe stop assuming that I’m your enemy and then I’m trying to support some other company because I’m just giving a review. It’s extremely unprofessional for you to do that and I’m not trying to take any insult because I was not insulting you. So you take care and I will not be responding to anything else because as a customer I have every right to make a review. They’re absolutely is stuttering unless that has been fixed since I last reviewed an audio cuts in and out all the time. I have an iPhone 17 Pro so that shouldn’t be the issue. I was just giving advice and wasn’t trying to be insulting so maybe next time just ignore this or say something nice instead of trying to call me, deceitful and like I’m working for a company or something.

**Developer response:** You and your team have been bombing my review section - for some time. I have nothing nice to say to you. I know how hard I've worked on this product - and I know how good it is. Half of my reviews are 1 stars about how it doesn't work - or that I don't support rom hacks, or Pokemon, or Zelda - which are all false.

But - in this scenario - words are not enough. I have no choice but to prove myself as a good developer - and not the 1 star developer you claim I am. And so - in the next update I will release support for Wii U.

### 1/5 — No sirve

*2026-04-23*

No sirve

**Developer response:** Hi, thanks for giving the app a try, and I completely understand your frustration.

I want to assure you that the app is a fully functional, high-performance emulator that does exactly what it's supposed to do: play retro game files. However, it operates strictly within App Store guidelines. To comply with those rules, the app acts purely as the "console" hardware-meaning you have to provide your own "cartridges" (game files or ROMs) to actually play.

I honestly agree with you that the setup process should be easier, and I would love to bundle the games directly inside the app for a seamless experience. It's not a technical problem as much as it is that the digital content rights space is in a really weird transitional spot right now.

### 1/5 — Help

*2026-03-26*

I’ve been trying to import the save file from Pokemon Crystal all the way to Pokemon Stadium 2 but nothing works.

**Developer response:** With version 2.5 I have added a section for Transfer Pak support in the settings.

### 1/5 — How do you get more than the demo?😡

*2026-02-01*

I downloaded this game and I Never knew how to get more than the game they put you in there with one star😡

**Developer response:** Hi, thanks for giving the app a try, and I completely understand your frustration. I want to assure you that the app is a fully functional, high-performance emulator that does exactly what it's supposed to do: play retro game files.

### 2/5 — How do you import games???

*2026-07-25*

Im not kidding when i tried to import super mario 64 it would load or anything so im probably not going to use this emulator for a while till someone tells me how cuz im on iphone

### 2/5 — Basic features locked behind paywall

*2026-07-23*

The games run great and all, but the controller inputs don't really work for me, and I need to pay to change it. A good update idea would be to let people unlock payed features for a few minutes if they watch ads. Also why is there no L button, a good feature would be adding an L button.

**Developer response:** Hi. I do want free users to like the product - and not feel icky about me offering them an upgrade. But I also want Pro users to feel like they are getting value for their purchase. It's tough to figure out the right solution. I've changed things up with the latest version where free users can now access all buttons.

### 2/5 — Cannot save

*2026-07-12*

Saving your progress used to be a feature on the app before the latest update. Now saving and loading are both unavailable even if you buy the “premium” version. Save your time find another emulator. Lost all my progress in the various games I was playing

**Developer response:** Saves have been a thing since 1.0 If you can work with me to give me some more detailed info it would be helpful for me to investigate further. The new logo is a way to show users that 64Touch now supports WiiU emulation. It’s impressively fast. I think you’ll really like it - and I encourage you to give it a try. It’s free. I’m also dropping 5 promo codes here for you to use for the Pro Controller upgrade. Thanks for using the product.

### 2/5 — Cant Import Games Very Annoying..

*2026-03-18*

well the app seems cool but i can't import my nintendo 64 roms like how do i even do it using my computer because apparently you cant do it using your iphone..

**Developer response:** Hi. The import mechanism originally allowed you to select your folder with games in it. This has since been replaced by a mechanism that lets you select individual files.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Actually pretty impressive

*2026-08-30*

Its a good emulator i like the 3ds and wii u it works fine fr and its actually kinda good its good this isnt another one of those greedy apps 10/10

### 5/5 — very good

*2026-08-26*

### 5/5 — Wow

*2026-08-26*

I have been here since you were a bit new and am proud really proud of what this has achieved and become

**Developer response:** Hi. Thanks for the review. I have discovered a critical bug affecting A15 Bionic and below chips. Sorry for the poor expereince. A fix is currently pending in Apple review.

### 5/5 — Pls fix this

*2026-08-16*

I want to play “TANK! TANK! TANK!” For the Wii U but it keeps crashing every time I select a new save file (And I think it’s because I don’t have a camera). Do you mind fixing that, please so I can finally play it?

**Developer response:** Thanks for the review

### 5/5 — Impressive speed and functionality

*2026-08-14*

I was skeptical because most emulators make false promises on functionality, but not this one. Excellent speed and graphics. Downloading ROM files took some work, but not impossible. I paid for premium and the controller upgrade/design was worth it to me!

### 5/5 — Really good emulator option

*2026-08-11*

Really like this emulator for N64 games - love that it has a dynamic auto-centering joystick. Don’t understand why more emulator apps don’t have that. I have one frustration with it - the update that added Wii U support wiped out the collection of N64 roms I’d imported into the app up to that point, and the progress I’d made in them. Not sure why. Not too upset, as I’d only really played 2 games and not gotten super far, but still a bit frustrating. I’ve since re-imported most of the games I had. Still haven’t tried the more recent Wii U, GameCube, or 3DS functionality, but it’s my preferred app for N64 on account of the dynamic auto-centering joystick.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the review - hope you like the new 3DS

### 5/5 — Great app, just one thing.

*2026-08-11*

This is a great app, especially for the added consoles, I didn’t think full speed GameCube and 3DS emulation would work, but if you could specify which file formats for Wii U games work, and if you can add support for all Wii games, this would be perfect

**Developer response:** I've received a lot of requests regarding the Wii, so I'd like to address them here.

The Wii is heavily dependent on its motion controls; without them, it loses a lot of its charm. I actually think Nintendo was going in the right direction with the split controller design for the Wii, and 64Touch's unique control scheme pays homage to that.

Unfortunately, the accelerometer API is not currently available within Apple's Game Controller framework.

64Touch may still add it - but it's just not that great - right now.
64Touch has experimented with many unique control schemes.
64Touch is committed to continue to ship great updates.

### 5/5 — Please

*2026-08-08*

Add Wii please

### 5/5 — Please help 🥹

*2026-08-06*

All I’m asking for is a 3ds button mapping change why is there no x? It’s just so weird ya no? 2 more things some emulators let you copy the deep link and you can put it on your homescreen using shortcuts but it’s not that important last thing is controller capabilities not that important again, it would just be better for tv mirroring oh yea I forgot most important thing PLEASE make the second 3ds screen bigger and when you rotate your phone it only shows one screen I think some people like it so you can make it a setting thanks!

**Developer response:** WJP7RYMJK9H9 - Heres a free code for Premium.

As far as landscape goes for 3DS, this is a good discussion. The top screen has a wide aspect ratio, so the bottom screen doesn't fit well. You really have to shrink it down to get both screens to fit - to the point where landscape offers no size benefit over portrait.

In the initial version of the 3DS layout, I attempted to solve this with a resizable bottom screen. I imagined it as a floating PiP window you could bring up when you needed it and push out of the way when you didn't. Most of the time, it was just wasted space that cluttered the layout.

I became convinced that having a floating window wasn't actually faster or easier than simply rotating the phone if you really wanted to use the second screen. So I just scrapped it. I'll continue to think about different solutions.

### 5/5 — You should add Wii

*2026-08-01*

You should add Wii because you have GameCube so why not as well add Wii and thanks for fixing Wii U I can finally play the games that I own🔥 and play them and controller support and airplay oh and remember your awesome dude you fixed it? Am saying its good

**Developer response:** Hi. Thanks for the review. I have discovered a critical bug affecting A15 Bionic and below chips. Sorry for the poor expereince. A fix is currently pending in Apple review.
