App need work big time.
Not sure how long something like this takes but it would be so nice to be able to get Johnny’s delivered…(like advertised on the app) yet every single time I try to enter my address is gives an error message. Please fix this as some of us work late and pick up is always not something we want to do.Michael Kroeze

This app is not user friendly at all. Way too many clicks just to order a pizza. You gotta click on the question marks to even know what they are asking as if we work at the pizza place. Horrible.afrocentricity3
Baton Rouge store not listed 😤
The BRLA store we have been ordering from for YEARS isn’t listed on the app. I know it’s still there cause we had pizza & beer there the other night. So when we get messages offering a deal like free dessert or cheese sticks if you order through the app, it just pisses my husband off. So much so that my husband will order from Georges, which is on the next block. When we do get Pizza, theSweep the kitchen is our favorite & usually get a pitcher of beer even if we are doing pick up, so a malfunctioning app doesn’t just lose sales, it generates such a negative experience that literally helps a competitor restraunt up the street.Show lessSmaktcat
App is useless in Baton Rouge area
Since day one of this revised App release, no Baton Rouge area stores can be found among the locations listed. I live one mile away from the location I would order from. They are losing business because of this. Yet on the actual website, you can find Baton Rouge locations. Fix this !! App doesn’t work
Can’t apply coupon codes. Says my address is invalid. And their phone lines are down so there is no way to order a pizza besides going to the location. Absolutely garbage. Get it together Johnnys.CoolMoD1892
Doesn’t work
Searching for the pizza house I go to at 104 Lake Drive in Covington, LA 70433 doesn’t work. I can’t even order on the app. In fact, the search button doesn’t work at all, keeps saying that there are no stores no matter what you put in. I’ll fix my review if they fix their app, but this bug makes the app pointless for me
Edit: July 8th- just tried to use the app again, and I can at least log in properly now. But I still can’t order for delivery. The app is listing my store as “coming soon”. Nah, that pizza place has been there for at least two years. (It was there before I moved to Mandeville). Seems like I’ll have to wait longer before the app is usable for me for delivery, but hey, it’s only been a month and they are working on bug fixes. I can wait some more.Show lessAlice-Love

This app is trash. Its always something not functioning properly. Couldn’t order to pay with cash tonight so have to order by phone so can’t use my coupon that’s online only and can’t get reward points.christieleeeeeeee
Missing locations

Can’t log in
It says I have invalid credentials when I try to log in (credentials work just fine on the website) and when I try to reset my password it never sends me the link. I’ve changed my password on the website, I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app. Always invalid credentials.Sigher
