Useless
App used to work u til an update about mid August. Now you can’t access your playback files from the camera through the app. Makes the feature useless and also limiting when you need the video evidence right away! This needs to be resolved!
Used to work
Used to work now it just crashes when you open it. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it numerous times to no avail.
Network error
The app is horrible don’t let me connect with my phone they send me a code then network error.

I can’t register for an account and no one has responded to help assist.

Every time I try to open the app I’d just crashes.

Seems to be working fine for me, there’s some things that can improve but that’s the same with any app.
Bad app service
The app won't even add the dash cam, when I press add it shows the wifi connection thing and I do it and afterwards it just goes back to the original home page. I exited the app multiple times and it still won't work. Hope you can fix the issue or I'll have to return the dash cam.
Needs improvement
It would be nice to switch to English texts and Connecting to the camera does not fully load.
Unable to use
I have been trying to create a password since I received the dash cam and downloaded this app. The dash cam in my opinion has worked great but I am unable to use the app because whenever I click on Register, enter my email, enter a password, and the verification code from my email it keeps telling me to enter a password. It’s very frustrating.
