What I've Been Missing since gCal

Every year I go on the hunt to see if a calendar app has a suitable widget that shows my calendar in a monthly view but alas theres has been no saviour... until today!

Bare Bones app that shows your calendar as a widget in month view and couldn't ask for more. Stoked to have this back have missed it from my Pixel 3 & google calendar days but I'm an Iphone and Ios girlie now but this was almost a deal breaker to leave apple... why this isn't built into their detail app ill never know! Oh well, I'm happy to support a legend doing the lords work for us who like to see everything at once!

Closest to perfect so far

The closest iOS app so far to a perfect month-view widget that allows direct interactive scrolling across different months! Please consider adding a feature that allows the fonts to be a little larger and to start the week on a Sunday (instead of Monday). Otherwise, no regrets purchasing!

Thank you so much for the feedback and the review. The monthly widget allows resizing and changing the first day of the week. You can long press the widget, “edit widget” and change the settings there. Let me know if that works for you

Updated my review. Great app support

I just bought this 10-22-24 and when added as a widget it is just a blank calendar with no information, no days of the week, dates, nothing. Just blank boxes. Please fix or I’ll have to request a refund.
Finally got the app to work but trying to resize it is hard because long pressing the app to resize it opens up my iOS calendar 99% of the time. I got it to open to resize once but I can’t seem to get it to work again. It’s not a bad app, I like the simplicity of it. I like that when I press the date it open up to show me more details in list view of all my events which is easier to read size wise.
*App support is very responsive. Helped me to resolve all my issues with the app. This is handy when making appointments further in the month. I can see the month at a glance and details on a specific date if I want.

Great app, wish it works with tinted screen

The new iOS Home Screen customization allows for a tinted theme pack, but I think the parts that tint are all set to a default value so they become unreadable in any tint color. The widget is exactly what I need though!

The only app with a large monthly calendar view

What I’ve been looking for. Worth the two dollars but since the largest widget is 2x4, I’d recommend making widgets in 4x4 or even 6x4 that would cover the whole screen to make the text more readable.

Thank you for your feedback. We are currently supporting the largest widget that it's supported by Apple for iPads which is 2x4. If there is a future support for larger widgets by Apple, then we will update our widget to that.

Great! Just one suggestion

Exactly what I was looking for. I use WidgetCal because of the lack of options for full calendar widgets on iPhone but the ads are driving me bonkers. The only thing I would ask is for options to change the text size from the widget. I see how you added the option to click on the day to see it. But if the font were just a bit bigger you wouldn’t quite need that. WidgetCal allows you to change the viewed text size which is convenient since I can easily read the just of what is going on that day. But I’ll take the affordable price for no ads and connection to our personal Calendar of choice.

Thank you for your feedback, glad you like the widget. You can customise the events' font size in the monthly view by editing the widget. Long tap on the widget -> Edit Widget -> Events Font Size -> Change to a font that suits you.

Amazing widget - Finally someone did this successfully!

Great widget, does exactly what it says! was looking for something like this for ages! i can now easily see all my events in a monthly view and alternate between months without having to search for the cal app all the time.
