No access to replace new license plate
Total flop… there was nothing wrong with the previous k-tag system. The new app does not allow the vehicle tag to be updated when the state sends a new tag. Also the service is understaffed…. I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes to just give my new tag to service center to have them enter it into the system… i thought the idea of a app is for the customer to manage the account on their own.. also I can imagine the windfall for the new company (or persons) that contracted to take over the old K-Tag system and skimp out on customer no service to save money

TxTag set the bar pretty low, so it’s nice to have a tolling app that works in multiple states with a UI built by humans.
Major step up!
I loved the first app but this new one is fantastic! It looks great and functions spectacularly! I have just as much control on the app as if it was a website. Great Job! New cashless system and a smoother customer experience 😀
